Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Guangdong Marine Fisheries

Marine fishery economy is an important part of my country’s marine economy,and insisting on coordinating land and sea development is an inherent requirement of the strategy of maritime power in the new era.The traditional economic development model of marine fisheries has not adapted to the requirements of the overall layout and development of marine fisheries in the new era.Changing the development model of traditional marine fisheries and implementing supply-side structural reforms of marine fisheries is a key part of advancing the development of marine fisheries and building a modern marine fishery industry.As a strong province in my country’s marine economy,Guangdong promotes the structural transformation and upgrade of the marine fishery industry,and builds a modern marine fishery industry system,which is of great significance to promoting my country’s comprehensive construction of a high-level modern marine fishery industry and enhancing the right to speak in my country’s marine fishery trade.Guangdong’s marine fishery industry is facing outstanding problems such as coastal ecological environmental pollution,decline of fishery resources,and mismatch between supply and demand.The contradiction between the supply and demand of marine fishery production factors hinders the high-quality development of Guangdong’s marine fishery.The modernization of Guangdong’s marine fisheries must clarify the inherent contradictions between marine fishery production and development,and strive to break through the structural problems of marine fishery development,and lay a solid foundation for the modern transformation and upgrading of Guangdong’s marine fisheries.Based on this,this article mainly summarizes and combs the existing domestic and foreign related literatures on the transformation and development of marine fisheries,taking Guangdong marine fisheries as the main body of research,and combining the current background of agricultural supply-side structural reforms,and discussing Guangdong marine fisheries.The status quo of fishery production,marine fishery processing and marine fishery circulation has been analyzed in depth.This paper adopts the relevant factor data of Guangdong’s marine fishery production in recent years,and on the basis of in-depth research on the characteristics of Guangdong’s marine fishery development,uses the Malmquist index to specifically analyze the changes in the total factor productivity of Guangdong’s marine fishery input and output,and then uses the Guangdong Ocean The two data dimensions of horizontal fishery data and vertical data over the years,using data envelopment method to objectively analyze the productivity of marine fishery in Guangdong Province.Based on the analysis of fishery production efficiency and other influencing factors,the development dilemma faced by the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong’s marine fishery industry is summarized.Finally,by studying the development path of marine fisheries in other regions at home and abroad,a specific path suitable for the optimization and upgrading of Guangdong’s marine fishery is proposed.This paper draws the following conclusions:First,Guangdong’s marine fishery industry is in a relatively stable state of development,but the global decline of marine fishery resources has brought many problems to the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong’s marine fishery industry,and the potential for development is slightly insufficient.Second,compared with my country’s main coastal provinces,Guangdong Province is in the first echelon of development level,but it is far behind the developed areas of the fishery industry.Third,the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong’s marine fisheries requires concerted efforts from multiple paths to jointly advance the structure of the fishery industry to a higher industrial level,and organically integrate marine governance with the construction of a modern marine fishery industry.Fourth,the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong’s marine fishery industry structure must strengthen the top-level design of fishery policies,improve the marine fishery policy system and fishery financial service system,and improve the risk resistance of the entire process of marine fishery production,circulation and consumption.Fifth,the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong’s marine fishery industry requires multiple measures in parallel.By improving fishery technology and human capital supply,strengthening fishery infrastructure,extending the marine fishery industry chain,improving the deep processing technology of marine fishery products,and increasing the added value of products,the marine The fishery structure has been reasonably adjusted to achieve the high-quality development of Guangdong’s marine fisheries.
