Ginger is an important seasoning vegetable and export vegetable in China. With the increase of ginger continuous cropping years, the problem of soil continuous cropping obstacles is becoming more and more serious. To clarify the improvement effect of rotation on ginger continuous cropping soil, this study took ginger cultivation soil in Funing District of Qinhuangdao as the research object, and analyzed the physical and chemical properties and microbial community structure of ginger soil under different cultivation systems. At the same time, the effects of trichoderma on soil properties of ginger cultivation were studied to explore the measures to keep the health of ginger soil. The results show that:1.The soil p H,soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen and available phosphorus content of the soil planted with ginger were lower than those of the soil without ginger.Compared with the continuous cropping soil of ginger, the soil p H of the rotation soil of ginger and scallion increased, the soil EC decreased significantly, the soil catalase and invertase activities decreased, and the soil urease and neutral protease activities increased.2.The soil bacterial community richness and diversity were reduced in the scallion rotation soil compared with the continuous ginger soil.At the level of bacterial community, the soil of green onion rotation increased the relative abundance of Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria, and decreased the relative abundance of Firmicutes compared with the soil of uncultivated ginger. The correlation analysis of environmental factors showed that soil available phosphorus content, total nitrogen content, neutral phosphatase activity and EC had great influence on bacterial community.3.The scallion rotation soil can reduce the species richness and diversity of soil fungi. At the level of fungal population, the soil cultivated continuously for two years increased the relative abundance of ascomycetes. The relative abundance of Mortierella in the soil with green onion rotation was higher than that in the soil without ginger cultivation.Through the correlation analysis of environmental factors,it was found that p H,available phosphorus content and total nitrogen content had great influence on the fungal community.4.Compared with the control without Trichoderma, the application of Trichoderma was beneficial to increase the content of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Spraying Trichoderma significantly reduced soil p H,and furrowing Trichoderma significantly reduced soil EC.The activities of soil urease, sucrase, neutral phosphatase and neutral protease could be improved by applying Trichoderma.5.Applying Trichoderma in furrow increased the richness and diversity of bacterial community in ginger soil.At the gate level, the application of Trichoderma increased the relative abundance of Proteus. At the class level, spraying Trichoderma significantly increased the relative abundance of Gammaproteobacteria. At the genus level, the relative abundance of Sphingomonas of Trichoderma increased significantly.Through the correlation analysis of environmental factors,it was found that EC,p H,total nitrogen content, available potassium content and available phosphorus content had great influence on the bacterial community.
