| The purpose of this experiment,is to compare the application effect of inorganic selenium,organic selenium and organic selenium+inorganic selenium by adding inorganic selenium source sodium selenitr,organic selenium source selenomethionine,yeast selenium and organic selenium source selenomethionine+inorganic selenium source sodium selenite,and screen out more efficient selenium sources to improve the production performance,meat quality and antioxidant capacity of white feather broilers.To provide experimental basis for the rational use of selenium in white feather broiler diet,and to provide reference for the further development and application of selenium products.Three Hundred and thirty broilers were randomly divided into five groups.They were basal diet(CON),basal diet+0.3mg/kg sodium selenite(SS),basal diet+0.3mg/kg selenomethionine(SE-MET),basal diet+0.15mg/kg sodium selenite+0.15mg/kg selenomethionine(SE-MET-SS),basal diet+0.3mg/kg yeast selenium(SY),6 replicates per group,11 rats per replicate,the experiment was divided into two stages,the early stage(1-21d)and the late stage(22-42 d),feeding and drinking freely during the feeding period.The results showed that:1.SE-MET could increase the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of broilers(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in average daily gain(ADG)and feed gain ratio(F/G)(P>0.05).The biological potency of SS group was lower than that of SEMET group and SE-MET-SS group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The biological potency of SE-MET group was the highest(41.26%).2.The L* value,a * value and B* value of the group with SE-MET on the first day were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The p H value of breast muscle in SE-MET group was significantly higher than that in control group on the 1st and 3rd day(P<0.05),and the p H value of leg muscle in SE-MET group was significantly higher than that in control group on the 1st,3rd,6th and 9th day(P<0.05).The WHC of breast muscle and leg muscle in SE-MET group,SE-MET-SS group and SY group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 45 minutes cooking loss of breast muscle and leg muscle in SE-MET group,SE-MET-SS group and SY group was significantly lower than that in the group without selenium supplementation(P<0.05),and the 9th day cooking loss of breast muscle in SEMET group and SY group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The leg muscle cooking loss of SE-MET group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)at 45 minutes,1st,3rd,6th and 9th day.Drip loss of breast muscle in SE-MET group and SY group was significantly lower than that of control group on the 6th and 9th day(P<0.05),drip loss of leg muscle in SE-MET group and SY group was significantly lower than that of control group on the 1st,3rd,6th and 9th day(P<0.05).3.SE-MET group and SY group can significantly reduce the white feather broiler breast muscle 45 minutes,the first day,the third day,the sixth day of MDA value(P<0.05),SS group and SE-MET-SS group MDA value in each time point.difference was not significant.In SE-MET group,TVB-N value was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The TVB-N value of breast muscle lower than that in non-selenium group at 45 minutes and 3 days(P<0.05).At 45 minutes and 6 days,the TVBN values of SE-MET group and SY group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The liver,serum MDA,SOD,CAT,values,liver GSH-Px and serum T-AOC values in SE-MET group were significantly different from those in bontrol group(P<0.05).The m RNA expressions of GSH-Px1,GSH-Px3 and Trx R1 in SE-MET group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the daily feed intake and tissue selenium content of broilers could be improved by adding selenium in feed,and the biological value of 0.3 mg/kg SE-MET was the highest;Organic selenium was better than inorganic selenium in improving meat quality;Organic selenium is superior to inorganic selenium in antioxidant properties. |
