| With the development of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding,a large amount of breeding manure is produced, and the resulting environmental problems have become one of the important limiting factors for the development of animal husbandry.Reasonable and effective treatment and utilization of livestock manure is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in current production. The characteristics of short breeding cycle and high nutritional value of meat ducks have promoted the rapid development of meat duck breeding industry. However, due to the high water content of duck manure and the difficulty of treatment, the treatment and utilization of duck manure caused by large-scale meat duck breeding has become a production problem.Based on the needs of production, this study explored the effects of high water content duck manure on its maturity and the changes of main parameters under different storage methods and the reuse of fermented duck manure for duck manure composting,in order to provide parameter basis and theoretical support for duck manure treatment and resource utilization.Experiment 1: Effects of different storage methods of high water content duck manure on maturity and parameters. The experiment was divided into three treatments with three replicates in each treatment. The control group(CON)duck manure was stored naturally. The experimental groups were added to the duck manure with compound microbial agent(CMA)and intermittent aeration(CMAA)on the basis of adding microbial agent. The experimental period was 8 months.Fecal samples were collected monthly, and the main physical and chemical parameters and bacterial composition indexes were analyzed. The results showed that compared with CON group,CMAA group could significantly reduce the conductivity(EC)of duck manure(P < 0.05),and significantly increase the p H and seed germination index(GI)(P < 0.05).Under natural storage, the maturity process of duck manure was slow, and the efficiency was significantly lower than that of CMAA treatment.Through long-term storage, the diversity and abundance of bacteria can be increased.Except for the decrease of Firmicutes abundance, the abundance of other dominant bacteria in the three groups increased to varying degrees. The abundance of Bacteroidetes in CMAA group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P < 0.05).Experiment 2: Effects of different proportions of fermented duck manure on the maturity and parameters of duck manure. There were 4 treatments with 3 replicates in each treatment. The control group(CON)was mixed with rice husk and duck manure at a ratio of 0.55:0.45,and the experimental groups were used to replace the rice husk of the CON group with rotten duck manure at a ratio of 10%(10% mc),20%(20% mc),and 30%(30% mc),respectively. The composite fermentation agent was added, and water was added to adjust the moisture of the material to 55%,fully mixed evenly for composting. The test period was 42 days. The temperature of the pile was recorded by the temperature recorder.Pile samples were collected on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,10 th,15th,22 nd,32nd and 42 nd day of the experiment to determine the physical and chemical parameters. The results showed that the decomposed duck manure could be reused as composting materials to increase the temperature of the pile. The temperature of 10% mc,20% mc and 30% mc at the highest point was 9.52°C,5.25°C and5.9°C higher than that of CON group.Compared with CON,the total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)contents in 20% MC and 30% MC groups were significantly increased(P <0.05).In summary, under natural storage conditions, duck manure with high water content can be slowly decomposed, but it needs to be stored for a long time, and long-term storage can increase the diversity and abundance of bacteria to varying degrees.Adding compound microbial agents and aeration during storage can significantly accelerate the process of duck manure decomposition.Although there was no significant effect on the maturity of duck manure composting by reusing the decomposed duck manure instead of some accessories of high water content duck manure composting,it could increase the composting temperature and increase the content of TN and TP to a certain extent.Under the experimental conditions,30% decomposed duck manure was better for composting. |
