| The southern Xinjiang region has sufficient light resources,dry air,and large temperature difference between day and night,which is more conducive to the effective accumulation of fruit sugar.As one of the main jujube producing areas in China,southern Xinjiang has developed rapidly in the jujube industry,but there are also some problems.If the fruit is prone to cracking in the later stage of fruit development,it seriously hinders the development of its industry.Some agronomic measures can be used to improve the microclimate environment such as orchard temperature and humidity,soil water content,and reduce the phenomenon of jujube fruit cracking.Therefore,this topic takes Jun-jujube as the test material,spraying calcium preparation in the fruit enlargement period,shading in the green ripening period,and water control treatment in the white ripening period to study the effects of different treatments on the fruit cracking and quality of Jun-jujube.In order to further understand the causes of fruit cracking of Jun-jujube,the anatomical observation of fruit cracking and normal fruit was carried out.The main results are as follows:1.Spraying calcium preparation during the fruit enlargement period of Jun-jujube can significantly reduce the fruit cracking rate,titratable acid,Vc,total phenol content,soluble solids and starch content increased significantly,and the fruit size,soluble sugar and flavonoid content were less affected.Spraying 1 000 times of sugar alcohol calcium had the best anti-cracking effect and quality,and the cracking rate was 7.77%lower than that of the control.2.Different shading materials can effectively reduce the fruit cracking of Jun-jujube.After shading,the light intensity and temperature around the plant decreased,the sunburn and fruit cracking were reduced,the relative humidity increased,the content of Vc,flavonoids and total phenols in the fruit increased,and the fruit size,solid acid ratio,titratable acid,soluble sugar and protein content were less affected.One layer of shading net(light transmittance 70%)had the best anti-cracking effect and better nutritional quality,and the cracking rate was 10.05%lower than that of the control.3.The control of irrigation can reduce the fruit cracking rate of Jun-jujube.The treatment of 16m~3/667㎡irrigation can increase the content of Vc,soluble solids and total phenols in jujube fruit,reduce the content of protein and starch,and have little effect on fruit size and soluble sugar content.The fruit cracking rate is2.91%lower than that of the control.4.Spraying calcium preparations,shading and controlling irrigation can increase the density of epidermis and inner epidermis cells,increase the thickness of epidermis and inner epidermis,so that the jujube peel has good stability and ductility,thus significantly reducing the occurrence of fruit cracking rate. |
