Rain-induced cracking and disease in fruits of jujube causes significant economic losses and seriously influences the sustainable development of China’s jujube industries. The orthogonal design, orthogonal rotation design and completely randomized design were used to study the effect of spraying plant growth regulators, trace elements, major elements, respiration regulating agents and fertilizing macroelements on Huping Jujube, the results were as follows:1. The fruit coloring date was delayed7-10d by treating with different combination of the growth plant regulators (GA3、6-BA、NAA). The equation of effects of growth regulators on ’Huping’ cracking was established, Y1=87.5463-1.2320X1-1.4161X2-0.7950X3+0.0126X,X3+0.0170X2X3(1), by which the minimum cracking rate was available to predict to4.29%with the codes of GA3,6-BA, NAA which were0.921,0.652,-1.245. Among different levels of GA3,6-BA and NAA, there was significant difference in diseased fruit rate and average fruit weight, while there was no significant difference in rate of normal fruits, transverse diameters and longitudinal diameters of fruits and the fruit sugar contents.2. There was no significant difference in fruit cracking rate, disease fruit rate and normal fruit rate of the trace elements of HuPing Jujube, but compared with the control, those treats could reduce the rate of cracking fruit and disease fruit, except some of them. The different levels of Cu, Mn, Zn, and Fe were highly significant in disease fruit rate and normal fruit rate. It had no significant difference on the transverse diameters and the longitudinal diameters of the fruit ’Huping’ Jujube which setted on hanging and non-woody hanging. The results of Response Surface Methodology (RSM) showed the effects of trace element on sugar content were no significant.3. There was no significant difference in fruit cracking rate of Foliar spraying on of ’huping’ by response surface analysis, but the difference levels of single factor were highly significant difference. The effects of Foliar spraying on the rate of disease fruit and normal fruit were not significant difference. The equation of effects of the Foliar spraying on longitudinal diameter of’HuPing’:Y2=67.3035-26972Z6-2329792Z52+5819693Z62(2).The results showed that there was highly significant difference on the transverse diameters of different levels of the fruit ’Huping’ Jujube, but there was no difference in average weight and sugar content.4. The fruit cracking rate of treat26of fertilization proportion I (N100g、P0.5g、K100g、Mg30g、 B30g) was significant lower than others. The best treat of II was B9(P:500g、K:50g、Mg:20g、B:300g).5. There was no significant difference in fruits cracking rate and the diseased fruits rate of HuPing Jujube treated with breathing regulator, sodium pyrophosphate anhydrous and benzoic acid compared with the control.
