| Deep pine operation is an important technology for conservation tillage,which can break the bottom layer of the plow,increase the soil’s ability to store water and retain moisture,and change the soil structure and nature,so as to better adapt to the growth needs of crops.With the development of agricultural equipment,some scholars have proposed a full amount of straw mixed buried back to the soil deep pine finishing technology,effectively solving the problem of straw mixed buried.However,there is a lack of analysis on the influence mechanism of deep soil straw mixing and burying.Therefore,this paper uses chisel plow shovels with different structural parameters,combined with EDEM discrete element software to study the disturbance mechanism of soil,and brings the conclusion of each structure of chisel plow shovel on soil disturbance effect to the field experiment,in order to investigate the influence mechanism of chisel plow shovels with different structural and dimensional parameters on straw mixed burial situation,the work completed in this paper and the conclusion are as follows:1.measuring soil parameters,calibrating the relevant parameters of the particles in the discrete element software,constructing a simulated soil model that meets the conditions of the black soil in the northeast,and using 3D mapping software,designing 12 chisel plough shovels with different structural and dimensional parameters.2.Using EDEM discrete element simulation software,we simulated different types of chisel plow shovels,observed the macroscopic disturbance state,calculated the soil disturbance coefficient and soil fluffiness for each structural parameter according to the disturbance area and disturbance area,and analyzed the microscopic soil disturbance mechanism of each part of the chisel plow shovel in combination with the simulation process.3.12 kinds of chisel plow shovels with different structure and size parameters were tested,and the test rig was designed for field test to investigate the influence mechanism of chisel plow shovels with different structure and size parameters on straw mixing under the surface condition of full straw coverage,and the influence mechanism of straw mixing was mainly divided into the following three evaluation indexes: maximum straw mixing depth,average straw mixing depth and straw mixing volume.The test results show that:(1)The maximum straw mixing depth is 19.9cm for the structure form with shovel arm installed,and 16.9cm for the structure form with shovel wing installed,and the difference of maximum straw mixing depth is 3cm,which means that the effect of shovel arm on the maximum straw mixing depth is more significant.(2)The average straw burial depth is 16.5cm for the structure form with shovel wings installed,and the average straw burial depth is 15 cm for the structure form with shovel arms installed,with a difference of 1.5cm,which means that the effect of shovel wings on the average straw burial depth is more significant.(3)The straw mixing amount was 20.87 g for the structure form with shovel wings installed,and the average straw mixing depth was 10.2g for the structure form with shovel arms installed,with a difference of 10.67 g,which means that the effect of shovel wings on the straw mixing amount was more significant.(4)The average straw mixing depth and straw mixing amount are positively related,the greater the average straw mixing depth,the more corn straw mixing amount.(5)With the increase of the size parameters of the shovel arm and shovel wing,the maximum mixing depth,average mixing depth and straw mixing amount of corn stover all increase. |
