| Blueberry is a Vaccinium plant of the family Ericaceae,which is also known as "blueberry".It is a berry tree with high nutritional value and good development prospects.Due to the lack of independent intellectual property rights,the existing main varieties of blueberry in China are all foreign varieties.Taking ’Duke’,’Sweetheart’ and ’Draper’ as samples,three groups of orthodverse cross hybridization combinations will be configured to form three groups of allogeneic half-cells and three groups of alloparent half-cells.Then the fruits of six hybrid combinations,that is 767 fruit trees,are determined.By analyzing the genetic laws of its single fruit weight,fruit longitudinal and transverse diameter,soluble solids,titrated acidity,anthocyanins,picking scar,fruit firmness and other characteristics,it provides a reason to reduce blindness and improve breeding efficiency when choosing parenting.The main research results can be listed as follows:1.The characteristics of blueberry fruit,including single fruit weight,longitudinal and transverse diameter of the fruit,soluble solids,titrated acidity,anthocyanins,picking scar and fruit firmness,will be analyzed according to the genetic laws of these traits.These traits are polygenically controlled quantitative traits.Analyzing the genetic transmission of each trait,it was found that the titration acidity content of the three groups of positive and negative offspring was greater than 100%,which was 132.28%,125.98%,122.54%,121.23%,118.24%and 113.21% respectively.Potential;the fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index,picking scar,and soluble solid content of hybrid offspring are gradually inherited;the single fruit weight,fruit transverse diameter,fruit firmness,solid-acid ratio and anthocyanin content of hybrid offspring are declining.The coefficient of variation of each trait is analyzed.The genetic variation coefficient of the only titrated acid content of the offspring of each hybrid combination is greater than 25%,and the variation of the hybrid offspring is large,and the genetic potential is large.2.Through the analysis of three groups of half-breed lines,it was found that the single fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index,picking scar,fruit firmness,soluble solids,titrated acidity and anthocyanins showed a tendency to increase with the increase of paternary.Through the analysis of the three groups of half-breeds,single fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit transverse diameter,fruit shape index,f picking scar,fruit firmness,soluble solids,titrable acidity and solid-acid ratio show a tendency to increase with the increase of the mother.3.Through the analysis of the principal gene + multigene model,it is found that the most suitable model of fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index,solid-acid ratio,anthocyanin and picking scar is 2MG-AD,that is,controlled by two pairs of additive-dominant main genes;the best model of single fruit weight,soluble solids,titration acidity and fruit firmness is2MG-EA,hat is,controlled by two pairs of additive principal gene models;the fruit transverse diameter is suitable for 2MG-EA and 2MG-AD models. |
