With the continuous progress and development of the society,China has paid more and more attention to agricultural production,and the investment in agricultural equipment design and development has also greatly increased in recent years.Traditional agricultural production usually uses flood irrigation without fine management,which has caused the waste of water resources to some extent.Traditional fertilization technology is usually based on the experience of farmers,and the amount of fertilization is uncertain.On the one hand,it has led to low fertilizer utilization rate,on the other hand,it has also caused soil environmental pollution.In order to improve the yield and quality of crops,carrying out fine management of crop growth conditions such as water and fertilizer,and application of precise intelligent irrigation and fertilization system are very necessary.These measures are of great practical significance to improve the utilization rate of fertilizer,save water and reduce environmental pollution,and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.At present,the research on intelligent irrigation and fertilization facilities in China is still in the primary stage,and the price and operation cost of intelligent irrigation and fertilization equipment are very expensive.In this paper,the research group combined precise intelligent irrigation and tidal irrigation technology,and analyzed the key environmental parameters in the process of crop cultivation,an intelligent irrigation system for tidal cultivation facilities based on STM32F103 CPU core were designed.The system not only has the basic function of irrigation and fertilization,but also can intelligently judge the water shortage status of crops and execute irrigation instructions by monitoring the soil water content in time.Moreover,the tidal irrigation system uses the siphon effect to discharge and recycle the surplus water and fertilizer,which not only improves the utilization rate of water and fertilizer,but also reduces the environmental pollution.The new tidal intelligent irrigation system is mainly composed of tidal cultivation frame,system hardware and software.The tidal type cultivation rack is a kind of cultivation facility with independent intellectual property rights,which can realize water-saving irrigation.The hardware system uses STM32F103 CPU as the main control chip.Data is collected by temperature and humidity sensors,liquid level sensors and p H sensors,and the collected data is passed to the main control chip through the single-chip microcomputer input end.The output terminal of the single chip microcomputer is connected with the control modules of water pump,motor and proportional valve,and the operation state of the module is accurately controlled by the output signal of the single chip microcomputer.The software system is based on the overall design requirements of intelligent irrigation,and the program is written in the software environment of Keilu Vision4 by C language.In addition,MIT App Inventor 2 platform is used to design the Android client software.The SCM system and the Android client communicate and transmit data by Bluetooth.After testing and experiments on the new intelligent irrigation system of tidal cultivation facilities,the test results showed that the system can meet the requirements of precision intelligent irrigation and achieve the expected goal.The test reads the real-time humidity value matrix water content of the system through the mobile client.The test results show that the matrix water content increases with time,and responds in a logarithmic curve.The water content of the matrix before the start of the liquid supply is about 22%.When the liquid is supplied for 35 seconds,the water content of the matrix begins to rise,and the liquid is quickly supplied to 80% of the water content of the matrix within 15 minutes.Experiments on the numerical value of soil water content at sampling points of cultivation tanks obtained by drying method,and using HYDRUS-2D/3D software to establish a soil water transport model.The results show that the water content of the substrate is relatively evenly distributed before liquid supply.During the liquid supply process,The water content of the matrix is distributed in an obvious vertical gradient from the partition board upwards,and it increases rapidly at a height of 8 to 14 cm.The system fully meets the water demand of plant roots,has good liquid supply characteristics,and the system modules run stably and reliably,and the parameter measurement is accurate.The human-machine interface of the Android client is friendly.Both automatic irrigation and manual adjustment of irrigation parameters can be realized.
