Animal husbandry is the first pillar industry in Inner Mongolia.Cows play an important role in the process of cattle breeding,because it is related to the survival rate of calves and affects the economic benefits of dairy farming.In order to enable cows to maintain high reproductive performance,this study selected Gn RH to intervene in the reproduction of Holstein cows and treat follicular cysts in cows,so as to fully understand the reproductive physiological process of cows,master the estrus cycle of cows,and do Estrus identification of good cows,ovulation monitoring,timely breeding,and prevention of reproductive diseases,etc.,to improve the reproductive efficiency of pastures.In this thesis,1107 Holstein dairy cows with good health,good physique and the same level of healthy reproduction were selected from the Holstein dairy cows,and 93 dairy cows were found to be suffering from follicular cysts through B-ultrasound examination.The control group was not treated,and the test group was injected with Gn RH(100 μg)on the day of estrus,and the ovulation rate was calculated statistically.On the first day and the second day after the injection,On day 3 and day 4,blood samples were used to measure estradiol in serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Estradiol,E2)and progesterone(progesterone,P4)concentrations;Holstein cows were injected with Gn RH(100 μg)5 days after mating,and B-ultrasound examination was performed 35 days after mating,and the conception rate of each group was calculated statistically,and the conception rate of different parity;Inject Gn RH(100 μg)to postpartum dairy cows,and count the first mating days of the cows;inject Gn RH(10 μg),Gn RH(50 μg),and Gn RH(100 μg)to cows suffering from follicular cysts,and count the effects of different doses of Gn RH on follicles Cyst treatment effect,and 35 days after artificial insemination B-ultrasound examination,statistical data to calculate the estrus rate and conception rate.The results showed that: by calculating the ovulation rate of the control group and the Gn RH injection group,the ovulation rate of the Gn RH injection group was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the E2 concentration in the blood was measured,and the E2 concentration of the Gn RH injection group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the concentration of P4 in the blood was measured,and the concentration of P4 in the Gn RH injection group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the cows were injected with Gn RH 5 days after mating,and the cows were conceived early after35 days of artificial insemination The test results showed that the conception rate of the Gn RH-injected group was 12.50% higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);In the dairy cow group,the conception rate of the Gn RH injection group was 40.10%,which was 11.00% higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);(10 μg),Gn RH(50 μg),and Gn RH(100 μg)had a cure rate of 29.00%,50.00%,and 64.20% for cattle with follicular cysts,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)in pairwise comparisons;the test results showed that After injecting Gn RH(10 μg),Gn RH(50 μg),and Gn RH(100μg)follicle sacs cured,the estrus rates of cattle were 37.50%,47.00% and 55.50%,respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05),The conception rates of the cured cattle were 25.00%,35.20% and 44.40%,respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).
