Research On The Development Strategy Of "Horse Industry Plus" In Yili Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Xinjiang is one of the main representative areas of the horse industry.Yili,known as the "Hometown of Tianma",has a long tradition of horse raising,profound horse culture,extensive and solid mass base,and gathers rich industrial elements.It has obvious advantages in horse industry resources,broad prospects for horse industry and good development trend,and is the most representative area of the horse industry development in Xinjiang.At the same time,it is a template for the development of the horse industry in other provinces(autonomous regions),but there is no systematic analysis of the horse industry research.Through literature research,field research and econometric model analysis,this thesis investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of this region,and adopts the industry integration theory,coupled coordination theory and industrial value chain theory to explore the "horse industry +" development mode of this region,so as to effectively help Yili develop rural characteristic industries and broaden the channels for farmers to increase income and get rich.It is of great significance to transform the existing advantages in equine resources into economic advantages,increase the share of output value of the equine industry,drive the sustainable development of the equine industry,promote the steady increase of the income of farmers and herdsmen,and help rural revitalization.This article takes the direct area of Yili Prefecture as the scope,hereinafter referred to as Yili altogether.By referring to the Statistical Yearbook of Xinjiang and Statistical Yearbook of Yili and combining with the field survey data,it is concluded that 84% of the value created by the horse industry in Yili comes from products and service,concentrated in the primary industry,while the value created by the horse culture tourism,racing clubs and breeding industry only accounts for 16%,indicating uneven distribution of the horse industry.The development status of "horse industry +" in Yili is analyzed in detail from horse breeding and breeding,horse product development and leisure horse industry development.It is concluded that the horse industry in Yili has a good momentum of development in every link,but has not formed an industrial chain.Taking the integration degree of the first,second and third industries of the horse industry as the entry point,using the statistical methods of coupling degree coordination and entropy,it was found that the economic and social effects of the integration of the horse industry and related industries in the development of the horse industry in Yili showed a good development trend.Only in 2013 and 2018,the integration of the horse industry and related industries showed varying degrees of decline,but the overall trend was rising.It shows that Yili horse industry integration development level is improving.However,the overall level of integrated development is low.The final analysis shows that the horse industry in Yili has its unique basic conditions and horse-related industries show a thriving development trend.However,the industry integration is poor and the development of "horse industry +" is limited.It is necessary to increase the rate of breeding and improving horses,extend the industrial chain,cultivate leading enterprises,improve the integrated development mechanism,and strengthen the construction of talent team.Promote the development of "horse industry plus" in the region,and strengthen the economic level of the horse industry in the region.
