| The quality of aquatic products is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,with the improvement of the output of aquaculture aquatic products and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s attention to the quality of aquatic products has reached an unprecedented level.However,aquaculture process has complex links and long cycle,there are great difficulties in the whole process of quality supervision,these factors lead to frequent occurrence of aquatic product safety incidents.The occurrence of some aquatic product safety incidents has seriously affected consumers’ trust in aquatic products and even restricted the development of China’s foreign trade.Aquatic product traceability system can record information that may affect the quality of aquatic products,is an important method to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products.Therefore,it is very important to build an aquatic product traceability system that conforms to China’s national conditions and the development direction of aquaculture.This paper takes the green aquatic products of recirculating aquaculture as the research object,with the goal of improve the safety and quality of aquatic products and ensure the healthy diet of residents,built a set of whole-process traceability system for green aquatic products of recirculating aquaculture,the system realizes the whole process traceability of aquatic products and provides reference for the management of aquaculture enterprises and the certification of green aquatic products.The main research contents of the design and implementation of the whole-process traceability system for green aquatic products in recirculating aquaculture are as follows:(1)Analyze the construction requirements of the whole-process traceability system for green aquatic products in recirculating aquaculture.Through field research and consulting domestic and foreign literature,this paper analyzed the technological process of recirculating aquaculture,the characteristics of aquaculture management,the industrial chain of aquaculture products,the definition of traceability,and the basic indicators of traceability.According to the actual needs of recirculating aquaculture enterprises and the development status of aquatic products traceability system,the functional and non-functional requirements of the whole process traceability system of recirculating aquaculture aquatic products are proposed and the traceability information required to be recorded by the traceability system is screened.(2)Design the traceability system based on the system requirements.According to the traceability process and functional requirements of the whole process traceability system of green aquatic products in recirculating aquaculture,the overall framework of the traceability system and four functional modules of the system are designed,including management module,aquaculture file management module,product quality and safety assurance module,and consumer query module.Aquaculture products usually small and have high freedom of movement,and circulating aquaculture mode is highly intensive,aquaculture environment is stable,and aquaculture management is highly standardized,according to these characteristics,the traceability code of recirculating aquaculture aquatic products is designed based on the cultivation batch.According to the specific process of the circular aquaculture industry chain and the connection between each link,the system traceability database is designed.(3)On the basis of system design,complete the system implementation and test the implemented system.According to the division of labor among the participants in the traceability system,the roles of the system participants are divided,and the system authority distribution is realized by separating the system from the authentication.Select the B/S architecture as the traceability system architecture,select Java language as the system development language,apply Vue framework and Spring Boot framework to develop the front and rear ends of the system,and build a whole-process traceability system of recycling aquaculture green aquatic products with different permissions and levels at the PC and mobile ends.Finally,the black box test method and JMeter test tool are used to test the function and performance of the traceability system respectively to check whether the built system meets the actual application requirements. |
