Research On The Optimization Of The Entrepreneurial Environment In The Pastoral Areas Of Abaga Banner

Grassland pasture is a special area for agricultural and animal husbandry production in China,and the geographical location and natural conditions of the pasture give it unique resource advantages.However,due to the backward production methods of pastoralists,livestock overload overgrazing,and serious destruction of grassland resources,traditional livestock breeding has been unable to meet the requirements of modern economic and social development and sustainable development of the ecological environment,how to protect the ecology of the grassland while taking into account the economic benefits,one of the most effective ways is to encourage herdsmen to start their own business,support herdsmen from traditional livestock breeding to the development of livestock modernization,from the first production of livestock to the second and third production of non-pastoral industries.From livestock production to the non-pastoral industry of the second and third-generation extension.With the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the whole society has set off a new wave of innovation and entrepreneurship,which has also greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of millions of herdsmen in production and operation,and the entrepreneurial environment in pastoral areas has become the most important external factor affecting herdsmen’s entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is very important to create a good entrepreneurial environment in pastoral areas to improve herders’ multi-channel income,promote the development of modern animal husbandry,protect the ecology of pastoral areas,and realize the revitalization of pastoral areas.This thesis first starts from the research background and research significance of the entrepreneurial environment problem in the pastoral areas of Abaga Banner and reviews the research views of relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad on the concept of entrepreneurial environment,rural entrepreneurial environment,and dimensions of entrepreneurial environment.Secondly,with the help of the GEM model,the entrepreneurship model is constructed from six dimensions,including policy environment,social environment,education environment,business environment,financial environment,and infrastructure environment.Then,based on the triadic interaction determinism and resource dependence theory,we define the relevant concepts of pastoral areas,pastoral entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial environment,and analyze the current situation of the entrepreneurial environment in the pastoral areas of Abaga Banner with the questionnaire survey sample data,official data such as government portals and some typical cases,and propose the main problems of the entrepreneurial environment in pastoral areas,and then analyze the causes of the problems and put forward relevant countermeasure suggestions,to provide value for the majority of pastoral areas The analysis will provide valuable reference for the optimization and improvement of the entrepreneurial environment in the pastoral areas.
