| Bioactive substances can regulate the rumen microflora,promote the number of beneficial bacteria,benefit the health of husheep,inhibit harmful bacteria,and reduce the occurrence of diseases.At the same time,it can improve the production performance of animals and improve economic benefits,but the effect of different bioactive substances on husheep is not clear.Therefore,by adding four different bioactive substances to the diet of husheep,four different bioactive substances,namely antibacterial peptides,apoceratus culture,lotus clear blast and algal polysaccharides,were used to explore the effects of four different bioactive substances on the growth,slaughter performance and rumen microflora of husheep,aiming to provide data support and theoretical basis for the application of the four bioactive substances in husheep.The research methodology and results are as follows:Experiment 1: The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of adding different bioactive substances on the production performance,serum biochemistry,and serum immune indicators of fattening Hu sheep.100 healthy and fattening Hu sheep with a weight of 24.5 ± 0.5kg were selected for the experiment.The experimental sheep were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 10 replicates in each group,with 2 sheep in each replicate(1 male sheep and 1 female sheep).Control group A was fed with basic diet,while experimental groups B,C,D,and E were supplemented with 900g/t Lianhua Qingwen,1000g/t Cephalosporium culture,500g/t antibacterial peptide,and2000g/t seaweed polysaccharides on the basis of the basic diet.The pre trial period is 14 days,and the formal period is 120 days.The results showed that the body weight of the experimental sheep in groups A,B,C,D,and E significantly increased compared to the control group during the overall stage of the experiment(P<0.05),while the body weight of group B,C,and D was significantly higher than the control group on the 59 th day of the experiment(P<0.05);B.The average daily weight gain of the C,D,and E groups was significantly higher than that of the control group between 1-59 days and 1-120days(P<0.01).Among them,during the period from 1-59 days,the average daily weight gain of the C and D groups was significantly higher than that of the B and E groups(P<0.01);B.The average dry matter intake of C,D,and E groups was significantly higher than that of the control group from day 1-59(P<0.05);B.The material to weight ratio of C,D,and E groups was significantly lower than that of the control group from 1 to 120 days(P<0.01).In terms of serum biochemical indicators,except for the significantly lower globulin content in Group C compared to the C and E groups,there was no significant difference in other indicators among the four groups(P>0.05).In terms of immune indicators,the content of serum immunoglobulin G in Group B was significantly higher than that in Groups A,C,D,and E,while there was no significant difference between the other five groups(P>0.05).The experimental results show that Lianhua Qingwen,seaweed polysaccharides,antimicrobial peptides,and Trichosporon culture can improve the growth performance of Hu sheep by improving the body’s protein metabolism level.Lianhua Qingwen can improve the body’s immune protein level and promote the health of Hu sheep.Experiment 2: In this experiment,the antimicrobial peptide and apical sporpora culture groups were selected to study their effects on the rumen fermentation parameters and rumen microflora of husheep,and the 16 s RNA gene was sequenced,and the rumen microflora of the test sheep of these three groups was analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference in rumen p H value(P>0.05)between the three groups D and the contents of propionic acid,isobutyric acid,valeric acid and isovaleric acid in rumen juice of the three groups were significantly higher than those in the A and C groups(P<0.05).Both bioactive substances reduced the diversity of rumen bacteria in husheep.At the level of rumen bacterial phylum,the relative abundance of Bacteroidota in the C and D groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the genus level,the relative abundance of Bifidobacterium succiniclasticum in group D was significantly higher than that of groups A and C(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of unicellulosis lunaris unclassified_Selenomonadaceae in groups C and D was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The experimental results showed that antimicrobial peptides and Acroces apocedinis culture could regulate the structure of rumen flora and promote rumen fermentation to propionic acid fermentation mode,among which antimicrobial peptides could increase the relative abundance of Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium and Moonmonas.Aposporocystis cultures can increase the relative abundance of Bacteroides and Moonmonas species.Experiment 3: This experiment aims to study the effect of adding 4 different bioactive substances on the slaughtering performance of husheep,and the results show that in terms of slaughtering performance,there is no significant difference in pre-slaughter live weight,carcass weight and slaughter rate of husheep in the five groups A,B,C,D and E(P>0.05),and the eyemuscle area of the C and D groups is significantly higher than that in the A,B and E groups(P<0.05);in terms of organ and organ index,the five groups A,B,C,D and E have a heart,lung,spleen,There was no significant difference in the index of kidneys and other organs and their organs(P>0.05),and in terms of meat quality,the flesh color L* value of group B was significantly lower than that of the other four groups,and there was no significant difference in other indicators(P>0.05).The experimental results showed that Lianhua Qingwen,Apocetospora culture,antibacterial peptides and algal polysaccharides could increase the weight and slaughter rate of husheep,antibacterial peptides and Apocenospora cultures could significantly increase the eye muscle area,and Lianhua Qingwen could significantly improve flesh color.In summary,the biologically active substances with four different mechanisms of action had a positive effect on husheep.All four groups of bioactive substances could significantly improve the growth performance of husheep,Lianhua Qingwen and algal polysaccharides tended to promote the health of husheep by improving the body’s protein metabolism level and immune performance,antimicrobial peptides and Apical spora cultures tended to change the structure of rumen flora,promoting rumen fermentation mode to propionic acid fermentation mode,and finally four bioactive substances with different mechanisms of action could increase the carcass weight and slaughter rate of husheep. |
