The powerful infectious and destructive forces of Classical Swine Fever,A/O Foot-and-Mouth Disease,Blue Ear Disease,Newcastle Disease,H5/7 Avian Influenza, and Small Ruminant Animal Disease pose a grave danger to livestock and poultry breeding. In order to understand the immune effect of eight kinds of livestock and poultry diseases in D county from 2019 to 2022,48595 pig blood samples,1597 cattle blood samples,4940 sheep blood samples and 61510 poultry blood samples were collected from 26 towns in D county.Forward indirect hemagglutination test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, hemagglutination inhibition test, and hemagglutination inhibition test were employed to detect the qualified rates of antibodies against 8 animal diseases.Subsequently, the immune effects of the 8 major animal diseases across various years, quarters, months, breeding techniques, and regions were compared and analyzed.1.The rate of classical swine fever antibody, when compared to other years, ranges from81.80% to 94.66%,with a comprehensive qualified rate of 90.61%.Type A FMD antibody has a qualified rate of 54.32% to 88.10%,with a comprehensive qualified rate of 78.96%.Type O FMD antibody has a qualified rate of 82.57% to 94.24%,with a comprehensive qualified rate of 90.42%.Between 91.51% and 100.00%,antibody against Newcastle disease had a qualified rate of 94.91%,blue ear disease antibody a qualified rate of 82.57% to 94.24%,and comprehensive qualified rate 90.42% were all achieved. The qualified rate of H5 avian influenza antibody was between 89.94% and 96.58%,and the comprehensive qualified rate was 93.56%.Between 94.52% and 99.64%,the rate of detection of H7 avian influenza antibodies is qualified, and the comprehensive qualified rate is 95.59% The qualified rate of small ruminant epidemic antibody is between 63.91% and 92.50%,and the comprehensive qualified rate is 80.20%.2.A comparison of the four quarters reveals that the qualified rate of classical swine fever antibody is 20.34%,foot-and-mouth disease type An is 0.005%,and foot-and-mouth disease type O is between 76.77% and 98.08% respectively. In 2020 the qualified rate is significantly lower than in 2019(P < 0.05),and even more significantly lower than in 2021 and 2022(P <0.01).The rate of antibody against Newcastle disease was between 77.87% and 100.00%,and that for blue ear disease was between 0.005% and 100.00%.However,the comprehensive qualified rate in 2022 was significantly lower than in other years(P < 0.01)and the rate of antibody against H5 avian influenza was between 83.94% and 100.00%,and that of H7 avian influenza antibody was between 84.16% and 100.00%.The qualified rate of small ruminant epidemic antibody detection is between 34.40% and 100.00%.3.In comparison to other months, the qualified rates of classical swine fever antibody, type A foot-and-mouth disease, type O Newcastle disease, and blue ear disease are 65.49%,100.00%,0.29%,100.00%,48.57% and 100.00%,respectively.The qualified rates of H5 avian influenza antibody,H7 avian influenza antibody and small ruminant epidemic antibody are between 60.91%,100.00%,60.91% and 26.85%,respectively.4.Comparing different breeding methods: the qualified rate of classical swine fever antibody is between 79.99% and 96.40%,that of foot-and-mouth disease type An is between54.32% and 88.10%,that of type O is between 81.92% and 95.06%,that of Newcastle disease antibody is between 90.88% and 100.00%,that of blue ear disease is between 0.003% and91.91%.The H5 avian influenza antibody test’s qualified rate spanned from 83.96% to 98.36%,and the comprehensive qualified rate of annual scale field was notably higher than that of bulk raising households(P < 0.05)The qualified rate of H7 avian influenza antibody detection was between 92.27% and 100.00%;the qualified rate of small ruminant epidemic antibody detection was between 51.74% and 100.00%.5.The qualified rate of classical swine fever antibody ranges from 51.25% to 97.83%,foot-and-mouth disease type An from 0.005% to 100.005%,and type O from 64.75% to98.52%.However,the comprehensive qualified rate of 11 towns is significantly lower than that of the other 25 towns(P < 0.05)when compared to different regions. The rate of detection of Newcastle disease antibodies was between 47.62% and 100.00%,while blue ear disease antibodies were between 0.005% and 100.00%.The rate of H5 avian influenza antibody testing, however, was between 63.51% and 100.00% qualified. In annual units, the comprehensive qualified rate of 18 towns was significantly lower than that of 1,2,10,13,15,16,17,23,24 towns(P < 0.05).Extremely significantly lower than the rest of 3,4,5,6,8,9,11,14,19,20,21,26 towns(P < 0.01);the qualified rate of H7 avian influenza antibody test was between 66.67% and 100.00%.The qualified rate of small ruminant epidemic antibody detection is between 12.00% and 100.00%.Analyzing the overall immune impact of major livestock and poultry diseases in D county, furnishing fundamental data for D county epidemic prevention and control, pinpointing issues in the interim, and firstly enhancing prevention and control measures to effectively avert the emergence and spread of animal diseases-these are the objectives of mastering and analyzing.
