"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"is the injection of a variety of trace elements which is made according to balancing supply principle. Pharmacodynamics and clinical trials of"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"in lambs were studied in thispaper to further provide the basis for clinical application and observe its effect on goat blood parameters and immune function.1. Effects of Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"on Physiological and biochemical indices of blood in lamb In the experiment, 20 goats(2-month-old) were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 10 in each group, and then anticoagulant was taken from anterior vena cava before administration as a blank control. Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"and 0.9% Natrii Chloridun Injection were respectively intramuscular injectioned to the experimental group and the control group 0.8mL every week. The experiment was lasted eight weeks, and every 15 days anticoagulant was taken from anterior vena cava. The result showed that the number of red blood cells, white blood cells and lymphocytes and hemoglobin content could be increased significantly(P <0.05), SOD activity was significantly higher(P <0.05), the content of MDA decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the activity of GSH-Px was significantly increased (P <0.05) with Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry".2. The Effect of"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"on the Immune Function to goat and the experiment of gaining weigt The experiment is to study the effect of"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"on the immune function of lambs through the E-roses Ring tests and lymphocyte proliferation tests. The animals of treatment were same as anterior experiment. The peripheral blood lymphocytes were separated from anticoagulation, then the E-roses Ring tests and lymphocyte proliferation tests were carried on. Lamb weight was measured before and after test, and the test was lasted three months. The result indicated that the E-roses ring forming rate and the lymphocyte transformation rate in the experiment group which infected"Trace Elements Injection"are significantly higher than those of control group(P <0.05). It has been demonstrated that"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"play a significant role in promoting growth of lamb(P <0.01).3. The Effect of"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"on the Immune Function to mice 60 Mice were randomly divided into three groups, and there are 20 mice in every group, meanwhile 20 mice were averagely divided into control group and test group. Mice in test group were injected intraperitoneally with 0.04mL"Trace Elements Injection", and mice in control group with the same volume saline water once a day, continuously seven days. The ANAE test, hemolytic plaque test and content of serum hemolysin HC50 were carried out. The percentage of positive ANAE cell(51.80%±3.645%) in test group is extremely obviously higher than that of control group(39.75%±4.283%)(P<0.01). Hemolytic plaque quantity(23.1±2.1318) in test group is extremely obviously higher than that of control group(17.4±2.0111)(P<0.01).Serum hemolysin(262.2900±10.4826) in test group is obviously higher than that of control group(231.2710±39.6115)(P<0.05). These results suggested that"Trace Elements Injection"can obviously elevate immunologic funtion of mice.4. Influence of the"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"on anaemia The 40 lambs diagnosed as anemia were divided into experimental group(30 lambs) injected with"Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and poultry"and control group(10 lambs). The experimental group was further divided into three groups (10 lambs in each group), of which each were treated according to 1.0, 0.75, 0.5 mL / kg (high, medium ( recommended dose), low) respectively twice a week, and a week as a treatment course. In the basis of clinical symptoms and changes in blood indices, the treatmental effection of the drug on lamb anaemia was evaluated. The results showed that through the treatment of"Injection of Trace Elements in Domestic Animal and Poultry", the clinical symptoms of anemia lambs disappeared or markedly improved, blood parameters also had improved, which suggested the drug play a significant role in treateent anemia of lambs.
