Research On Agricultural Green Development Efficiency In Yunnan Dianchi Lake Basin

Lucid waters and lush mountains are mountains of gold and silver.They is a realistic portrayal of our "beautiful China" and the concept of green development.The concept of green development has been around since ancient times.Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the concept of green development for the first time,China has paid more and more attention to green development.As an ecological security barrier in southwest China,Yunnan is of great significance in its green development.The surrounding areas of the nine plateau lakes are the most densely populated,most frequently active and most economically active major farming areas in Yunnan,and the green development of agriculture has a farreaching impact.Because Dianchi Lake is located in the capital of Yunnan Province,its green development of agriculture has an obvious leading role for other lake basins.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the key basins of Yunnan plateau lakes,and takes Dianchi Lake as an example to study its green agricultural green development efficiency.This paper first sorts out the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on agricultural green development,as well as the domestic policies on agricultural green development,and then defines the concept of agricultural green development,analyzes the relevant theories,and then defines the relevant theories of agricultural green development in this paper.Secondly,this paper studies the current situation of agricultural green development in Dianchi Lake basin,and puts forward the research hypotheses of this paper.Thirdly,this paper uses Super-SBM model,Malmquist model,ARCGIS and gray correlation model to analyze the static efficiency,dynamic efficiency,regional efficiency and the correlation between various factors and agricultural green development efficiency in Dianchi Lake Basin.Fourthly,I draw the conclusion of this paper and make reasonable suggestions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The overall efficiency of agricultural green development in the Dianchi Lake basin is effective and it is in the shape of "V" development.2.The efficiency of agricultural green development in all counties and districts of Dianchi Lake basin shows obvious regional characteristics.3.The efficiency of agricultural green development in Dianchi Lake basin is in decline.4.The input factors have a great impact on the efficiency of agricultural green development,and the main influencing factors are the total sown area of crops,rural employees,the general power of agricultural machinery,agricultural film and chemical fertilizer.5.Output factors have little influence on the efficiency of agricultural green development,and the main factors affecting the top output factors are grain output,social welfare adoption units,per capita disposable income of rural residents,total agricultural output value and carbon emissions.
