China is a big country of animal husbandry, greatly satisfying the national demand for livestock products. However, the formula type of Chinese feed is mainly corn and soybean meal, and the grain-type feed raw materials occupy the main part. The phenomenon of food competition between human and livestock is prominent,as well as the shortage of protein feed resources. Therefore,a large amount of protein feed is imported from abroad every year to meet the needs of the feed industry, which seriously affects the sustainable development of animal husbandry in China. In addition, coupled with the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the amount of kitchen waste also increases.Because of the characteristics of high moisture content and high organic substances, improper treatment methods will cause resource waste and environmental pollution and other problems. At present, the disposal method of restaurant kitchen-waste is mainly anaerobic fermentation and composting. However, anaerobic fermentation and composting of food have a long cycle and high investment cost.In this experiment, the characteristics of bright spot flat horn water fly’s wide feeding, high reproduction rate and wide distribution were used, and the advantages of fast and efficient treatment of food waste, low cost and high utilization value of the insect body were also used.In this study, the effects of growth performance, nutritional composition and intestinal flora of the kitchen waste before and after the treatment of kitchen waste were investigated, and the correlation analysis of intestinal microflora with growth performance and nutritional composition of Tabula ligata was explored. The main research results are as follows:The 7-day-old black soldier fly larvae were fed into food waste with 65% moisture content for 10 days. The growth performance and nutrient composition of black soldier fly were recorded every five days, and its intestinal tracts were sequenced by 16 S r RNA amplification. The results showed that with the change of time, the nutrients in the kitchen waste were fully ingest and then converted into their own crude protein by the Tabula ligata.Feeding black soldier fly with food waste can change the diversity, abundance and structure of its intestinal flora, and in turn, affect its nutritional components.Six bacterial genera including Bacillus showed a significant positive correlation with insect crude ash and phosphorus and a significant negative correlation with crude protein and ether extract.Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Fusobacterium,Lactobacillus,Bacteroides and phascolarctobacterium and other 24 genera were significantly positively correlated with crude fat and crude protein;there was a significant negative correlation with crude ash and phosphorus.
