| With the rapid development of poultry husbandry, a lot of poultry manure has become thesource of environment pollution and prohibited the stable development of poultry raise. Poultrymanure is different from many sources of industry pollution with its fertility. Even though thepoultry manure pollute the environment, if we handle it in a scientific method, we can not onlycontrol the pollution but also make use of it. Among the methods to handle poultry manure, aerobiccomposting is the main method in use. Because of its advantage of economy,simplify, aerobiccomposting has become more popular in the field of handling poultry manure. But aerobiccomposting need long time to compost, it can not resolve the threat which manure pollution bringto our environment with the rapid development of poultry raise. The essential method to shorten thetime of fermentation is to control the main factor—microbe, despite the other factors. Becausefermentation is the process of biology transform which is performed by the related microbecommunity, furthermore, thermophilic phase is the most important phase during the process of thefermentation, thermophilic phase is very important to the rapid compost maturity. During this phase,compost began the process of the humus, and the black materials which can be solved in the weakbase begin to appear. At the same time, high temperature played an important role in killing thepathogenic microbe. So, this is an important phase to the speed and efficiency of manurecomposting maturity.Taking the basic research of aerobic composting as the beginning, we researched on thethermophilic actinomycetes in the process of composting, including isolating,purifying,screening,counting and identifying ofactinomycetes and inoculating of composting.Taking use of fermentation chest which is permeable,warm and ventilative to compost thepoultry manure,we confirmed the most suitable conditions to compost, including C/N,stuff,temperature,water content rate,ventilation. During the period of composting, we monitored theindices of physics,chemistry,biology and harmlessness and confirmed the regular of change andthe relationship of the indices.During the key high temperature period, we got seventeen spices actinomycetes through manyexperiments; the average number is 6.5×10~6 per gram.Through the hydrolytic test with the three spices of organic molecular—starch,protein,cellulose,within 17 strains actinomycetes we got 5 strains actinomycetes which had powerful ability to degrade macromolecular. Furthermore, one of the five strains actinomyces had powerfuldegradation on every facet.The powerful ability actinomycetes which was screened inoculated compost by three differentways. We monitored this inoculation compost process, changing the temperature,C/N,thegermination index,the pH,organic matter content, and compared the effects. We found thatinoculation actinomycetes matured firstly, the composting time was shortened and the effect isprior to others. Therefore microbe which was inoculated can prompt the process of composting. |
