On The Influence Of Social Capital On The Economic Behavior Of Herders

Balin right banner to animal husbandry as the economic main body.According to field research,the construction of Balin Right Banner cooperatives has basically achieved full rural coverage,and has reached a key stage of quality transformation.Therefore,based on the existing research on animal husbandry cooperatives in Inner Mongolia,this paper,guided by the theory of social capital,presents the mechanism of social capital in the operation of cooperatives and further discusses the positive impact of social capital on the economic behavior of herders through research methods such as interview and participant observation,and then provides some useful thoughts on the standardized development of local cooperatives.On the basis of clarifying the development situation of animal husbandry cooperatives in balin Right Banner,this paper makes a case study of the typical cooperatives in Balin Right Banner.Finally,through empirical research,we know that social capital affects individual cooperation process and members’ cooperation performance.Social capital can also make it possible for resource-poor people to mobilize or acquire resources embedded in interpersonal relationships and social networks through its cumulative characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the positive role of social capital in the process of cooperative construction.
