Farmers' professional cooperatives are mutual economic organizations are based on rural family contract managemente,voluntary association of producers and operators of agricultural products and democratic management.The rapid developments of cooperatives have play a prominent roles in promoting the construction of a new countryside,improving the overall quality of farmers,adjusting the agricultural industry structure,activating the circulation market of agricultural products,raising the income of farmers and agriculture,promoting the application of technological achievements and agricultural scientific,and promoting the transformation of the functions of government departments.As the pioneer of rural management systems innovation,the farmer professional cooperative talents are the leaders,core strength and leader of rural economic reform.At present,there are many factors restricting the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,and the lack of talents in farmers' professional cooperatives has become one of the most important factors.Farmers' professional cooperatives are generally located in rural areas,so it is difficult for them to introduce talents due to the characteristics of rural environment.so it is a very important to strengthen the cooperative talents cultivation.Since the promulgation of the law on specialized farmer cooperatives,China's cooperatives have rapidly development to a new staged.Teoday,Tex county specialized animal husbandry farmers' cooperatives also show a rapid growth trend.The rapid development makes the specialized animal husbandry farmers' cooperatives in Tex county need a number of talents related to the specialized farmers' cooperatives.Sincentive Tex county,the county government issued a series of policies and documents to support the development of farmers' professional co-operatives,on the one hand,expand the propaganda of farmers' professional co-operatives,on the other hand,tightened farmers' professional co-operatives of talent training,but in terms of talent training,Tex county animal husbandry farmers' professional co-operatives are still have many problems,for example,cooperative talent training is not good,the quality of the farmers' professional co-operatives talent training special funds investment insufficiency,the personnel training of cooperative improper methods and so on.The major reasons are that the insufficiency of economic development restrict the investment and guarantee mechanism of cooperative talents and the imperfect training mechanism in the training of the whole professional cooperative talents,which restrict the training process of specialized cooperative talents of animal husbandry farmers in Tex county.In terms of the problems existing in talent training of specialized animal husbandry farmers' cooperatives in Tex county,this paper puts forward a series of Suggestions and countermeasures.Secondly,we should be improved the guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of cooperative talents.Thirdly,innovative training methods;Fourth,optimize the objectives and specific contents of personnel training.It is expected to provide a strong guarantee of talent resources for the sound and rapid development of specialized animal husbandry farmers' cooperatives in Tex county.
