The plateau pika(Ochotona curzoniae)is a unique small rodent in the grassland ecosystem of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.It is a key species in the grassland ecosystem of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.It changes the plant community structure and soil properties through multiple behaviors,and then affects the grassland ecosystem function.At present,the relevant reports are limited to the impact of plateau pika interference on vegetation and soil in alpine meadows,and there are few reports on alpine grasslands where plateau pikas are widely distributed.Therefore,this study investigated and analyzed the vegetation community characteristics,common plant importance and soil nutrients under two different vegetation types of alpine meadows and alpine grasslands in Tibet.The response of effective cave density changes of plateau pikas is as follows :1)There was no significant correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the vegetation height of alpine meadow in Dangxiong County.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the vegetation coverage and biomass of alpine meadow in Dangxiong County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the vegetation height and biomass decreased gradually.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the vegetation height,coverage and biomass of alpine grassland in Bange County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pika,the vegetation height,coverage and biomass decreased gradually.There was a significant quadratic correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the plant richness index and diversity index of alpine meadow in Dangxiong County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the plant richness index and diversity index increased first and then decreased.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the plant richness index and diversity index of alpine grassland in Bange County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pika,the plant richness index and diversity index decreased gradually.There was no significant correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the plant evenness index of alpine grassland in Dangxiong County and Bange County.2)There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the important value of Kobresia pygmaea in alpine meadow in Dangxiong County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the important value of Kobresia pygmaea decreased gradually.There was a significant linear positive correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the important value of Potentilla bifurca in the alpine steppe of Dangxiong County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the important value of Potentilla bifurca gradually increased.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the important value of Stipa purpurea in the alpine grassland of Bange County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the important value of Stipa purpurea decreased gradually.There was a significant linear positive correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the important value of Potentilla bifurca in the alpine grassland of Bange County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the important value of Potentilla bifurca gradually increased.There was a significant secondary correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the alpine grassland in Bange County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pika,the importance value of Potentilla bifurca increased first and then decreased.There was no significant correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the weak fire grass in the alpine grassland of Bange County.3)There was a significant quadratic correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the content of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen in 0-10 cm soil layer of alpine meadow in Dangxiong County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the content of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen in 0-10 cm soil layer increased first and then decreased.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the total phosphorus content in 0-10 cm soil of alpine meadow in Dangxiong County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pikas,the total phosphorus content in 0-10 cm soil decreased gradually.There was no significant correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the contents of total potassium,available potassium and available phosphorus in 0-10 cm soil of alpine meadow in Dangxiong County.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the total nitrogen content of 10-20 cm soil in alpine meadow of Dangxiong County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pika,the total nitrogen content of 10-20 cm soil decreased gradually.There was no significant correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the contents of soil organic carbon,total phosphorus,total potassium,available phosphorus and available potassium in 10-20 cm of Dangxiong County.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content in 0-10 cm of alpine grassland in Bange County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pika,the soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content in 0-10 cm decreased gradually.There was no significant correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the contents of total phosphorus,total potassium,available phosphorus and available potassium in 0-10 cm soil of alpine grassland in Bange County.There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of plateau pika and the 10-20 cm soil in the alpine grassland of Bange County.With the increase of the effective cave density of plateau pika,the soil organic carbon content in 10-20 cm decreased gradually.There was no significant difference between the effective cave density of plateau pikas and the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,available phosphorus and available potassium in 10-20 cm alpine grassland of Bange County. |
