Research On The Ecological And Environmental Protection Countermeasures Of Marine Fishery In Dalian City

According to Several Opinions of The State Council on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Marine Fisheries,to promote the sustainable development of fishery,we must adhere to the principle of "combining resource utilization with ecological protection" and firmly grasp the key factor of fishery ecological environment protection.This document clearly states that Marine fishery ecological environment protection is the source and basic guarantee to promote the sustainable development of fishery economy.However,there are many problems in the protection of Marine fishery ecological environment in many areas,which directly lead to the aggravation of fishery environmental pollution and excessive exploitation of resources.Based on this,the author takes Dalian City as an example to discuss the current situation and problems of Marine fishery ecological environment protection from the perspective of sustainable development,in order to put forward effective countermeasures.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the analysis of the status quo of Marine fishery environment protection in Dalian shows that the Marine fishery ecological environment protection zone has great potential for development and the relevant policies and regulations have been improved.But the result is not good,that is,the Marine fishery ecological environment is still polluted seriously.Based on the actual situation,this paper reveals the problems existing in Marine fishery ecological environment protection in Dalian City through questionnaire survey.The results show that the main problems are not established Marine fishery ecological environment protection mechanism,low level of environmental protection and imperfect environmental protection rules and regulations.Through in-depth discussion,it can be seen that the main causes are the lack of Marine fishery ecological environment protection atmosphere,the insufficient incentive of Marine fishery ecological environment protection and the lagging awareness of Marine fishery ecological environment protection.Therefore,on the basis of learning from the excellent experience of Marine fishery ecological environment protection at home and abroad,the main body of Dalian municipal government and environmental protection organizations can start from strengthening the construction of ecological environment "monitoring platform" and strengthening financial support to optimize the environment protection atmosphere of Marine fishery ecological environment.We can also build an incentive mechanism for public participation and multi-sector cooperation to give full play to the incentive effect of Marine fishery ecological environment protection.We can also improve the rules and regulations and realize technological innovation to enhance the awareness of Marine fishery ecological environment protection of relevant subjects and further promote the sustainable development of Marine fishery in Dalian.
