Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Core Stability Training On The Influence Of The Upper Limb Motor Function Recovery After Strok

Objective To observe the effect and benefit of scalp acupuncture combined with core strength training used in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke,to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods 60 cases of upper limb dysfunction after stroke were selected from the Department of rehabilitation medicine of Zhejiang Province People’s Hospital during the period of 2014.3-2016.7.Randomly divided into two groups:(1)Treatment group(30 cases):Core strength training +scalp acupuncture therapy;(2)control group(30 cases):Scalp acupuncture treatment.The treatment period was 8 weeks.Two groups of patients were given conventional medical treatment and general upper limb rehabilitation training.The control group was treated by Scalp Acupuncture,Select the hemiplegic side top temporal front of 2/5,Combination of baihui and sishencong with filiform needle stab through sensory area,a total of 3 needle.The treatment group of core stability training based on the treatment of scalp acupuncture.Both group 1 time/day,five times a week,for treatment of 8 weeks to observe course of treatment.Before and after treatment the Fugl-Meyer evaluation method of the upper limb movement function score and the Barthel index(BI)is compared,observe the curative effect of two groups of patients before treatment and after difference,And compared between groups.Results Compared with before treatment,two groups of patients Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement function score and the BI index was significantly improve(p<0.05).In the two groups after treatment in patients with Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement function score and the BI index comparison,all show the treatment group curative effect is more significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture therapy and acupuncture combined with core stability training can effectively improve the upper limb dysfunction after stroke,but the latter’s curative effect is more significant than the former.
