Objective Explore the relationship between different TCM syndromes of NAFLD and objective indexes such as body composition and insulin resistance.Method 73 patients who met the inclusion criteria were be divided into three syndromes. The first syndrome was liver depression and spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness stagnation. The second syndrome was Phlegm and Blood Stasis, stagnation of damp-heat.The third syndrome was Phlegm and Blood Stasis and liver-yin deficiency. Then analyzed between the three groups of body composition, hepatic function, blood fat, insulin resistance index, such as differences, explore the factors and the relationship between the TCM syndrome type.Results(1)Syndrome distribution:The first syndrome were most common, and the second syndrome were secondary. The third syndrome of Blood Stasis and liver-yin deficiency was rare.(2)Gender: the difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome is statistically significant. The proportion of male patients with the first syndrome and the second syndrome was higher, while the proportion of women with blood stasis and liver-yin deficiency was higher.(3)Age:31to 40,51 to 60 years were high-risk age.The highest risk of men was at the age of 31-40 groups, and women were highest rates in the 51 to 60 years old group.blood stasis and liver-yin deficiency syndrome of NAFLD is higher than the other two groups of patients in the age of patients, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).(4)Merger of diseases: in this study, the multiplicity of metabolic syndrome, the combination of disease frequency from high to low: hyperlipidemia,T2 DM,hyperuricemia,hypertension.(5)Body composition:Most people were overweight and obese, but there was no statistical significance in BMI,body fat rate, lean body weight and TCM syndrome distribution(P>0.05).(6)Insulin resistance index: The differences in each group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The syndrome of blood stasis and liver-yin deficiency was significantly higher than that of Phlegm and Blood Stasis, stagnation of damp-heat and liver depression and spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness stagnation. Conclusion: NAFLD Phlegm and Blood Stasis, stagnation of damp-heat syndrome were more prone to central obesity, and liver depression and spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness stagnation syndrome were more prone to peripheral obesity or non-obesity.There is a higher degree of insulin resistance in Phlegm and Blood Stasis, stagnation of damp-heat syndrome than liver depression and spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness stagnation syndrome.
