Experience Of Professor Chen Huade To Treat Tourette Syndrome With The Method Of Breeding Yin And Latent Yang By Acupuncture

Objective To summarize the acupuncture theories and methods of Tourette syndrome by professor Chen Huade,to provide insights and ideas for the treatment of the disease in order to better guide clinical practice.Methods(1)Through consulting relevant books,retrieving the literatures(1988-2017)from CNKI,VIP,MEDLINE and PUBMED to summarize the understanding of Western medicine Chinese medicine to Tourette syndrome.(2)Participate the outpatient work with Prof.Chen in person.Record c-hildren’s data detailedly:Includes the history,clinical manifestations,detailed records of Professor Chen for Tourette syndrome pathogenesis and therapeutic principle characteristics of acupuncture pointsand the corresponding explanations.In clinical,seriously observate and sum up the treatment and effect of children with Tourette syndrome.Faithfully record the application of all acupuncture manipulation and related ancillary therapy,follow on a regular basis and treatment of illness in patients with Tourette syndrome effect,and make records properly.Study the experience form Chen’s explanation and adopt the advice to the article.Results The clinical experience of Professor Chen Huade in the treatment of poliomyelitis as follows: to use acupoints according to syndrome differentiation in the guidance of the theory of “acupuncture of breeding Yin and latent Yang”,and analysis of the characteristics of acupoints,treatment is in accordance with children’s physiolog-ical characteristic.It requires painless injection,and shallow needling is the main poin-t.At the same time,it emphasizes the order of acupuncture,highlight the characteristic therapy-the method of acupuncture on Baihui acupoint by retaining long time,auricular points plaster therapy and the method of blood letting in ear aexp,the method of chiropractics to adjust Yin-Yang,and emphasis on clinical a ttention,It requires attention to the time of retaining the needle,course of treatment and the order taking the needle,and there are two cases of medical records.Conclusion(1)Traditional Chinese medicine has a clear understanding of Tourette syndrome and there are various methods of treatment.(2)Acupuncture treatment of Tourette syndrome has a unique advantage and effective effect.(3)Professor Chen Huade has its unique treatment and significant curative effect in the treatment of Tourette syndrome,which has clinical guiding significance.
