The Research Of Intervention In The Elderly Sarcopenia That Based On Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment

Objective Intelligent comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)software was used to comprehensively evaluate the incidence of sarcopenia in the elderly population,and to observe the role of CGA assessment and comprehensive intervention in the disease of the elderly population.Methods 1.Analze the disease status of sarcopenia in older people who were evaluated,according to the results of CGA:using CGA computer software developed by zhejiang hospital,the elderly sample population was comprehensively evaluated to analyze the health status of the elderly and the morbidity of sarcopenia.2.Routine intervention and CGA comprehensive intervention were adopted for the experimental group to analyze the improvement of sarcopenia before and after intervention,and the role of CGA comprehensive intervention in the elderly was discussed.1)A total of 120 elderly sarcopenia patients were screened,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.2)The routine intervention of sarcopenia were used for the experimental group:exercise therapy,nutritional therapy and drug therapy.On the basis of routine intervention,CGA comprehensive interventions were carried out,including management of life,environment,medication and psychology.Only basic diseases were treated in the contrast group and did not give any intervention measures of sarcopenia.3)Laboratory examination and the evaluation of muscle disease were performed on the experimental group and the control group respectively at 0,3 months and 6 months.Results 1.The incidence of sarcopenia in the sample population was 15.3%.2.After CGA comprehensive intervention in the experimental group,ASMI,pacing and grip strength of the limbs were significantly improved compared with the contrast group.Conclusion 1.Through the sample survey,we found that there are a large number of sarcopenia patients in the elderly population in China.2.This study based on CGA comprehensive intervention of the experimental group in elderly sarcopenia patients found that ASMI,grip strength,pace have markedly improved after 6 months,has proved sarcopenia can be slowed down or even reversed.CGA played an important role in the detection,diagnosis and treatment of sarcopenia.
