| Objective:Acute mastitis in lactation is one of the predisposing diseases in puerperium women, often a certain number of patients, due to improper timing of treatment,or the wrong treatment option s lead to further development of the disease for breast abscess, patients with severe disease can lead to sepsis blood Disease, severe death. At present, there are few studies on this situation. In this stud y,54 cases of lactating acute mastitis and 64 cases of breast-feeding abscess were anal yzed to find out the protective factors and the independent risk factors of breast abscess during lactation.Designed to provide postpartum women with primary and secondary prevention of the disease. Methods:Multivariate anal ysis was performed on 54 patients with lactating acute mastitis and 64 patients with lactating breast abscess. Results:The X~2 test showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in the history of breast trauma or op eration, the central lesion in the nipple areola, nipple care or deformit y correction measures, and hyperthermia(T≥38.5 ℃)(all p <0.05);Multivariate analysis showed that nipple care or deformit y correction measures for the development of breast-feeding mastitis as a protective factor of breast abscess(regression coefficient =-1.387),the central nipple areola lesions, high fever(T ≥38.5 ℃)for breast-feeding mastitis Progress for breast abscess independent risk factors,OR values were 3.826,3.630.Conclusion: Age-appropriate pregnant women should pay attention to nipple care and deformit y correction to prevent damage to the central area of the breast, and to keep the breast clean, smooth duct.Nipple areola central area lesions, high fever(T ≥ 38.5 ° C)of lactating acute mastitis patients more likel y to develop as breast abscess, should seek medical attention,if necessary, hospitalization. |
