| Objective To observe therapeutic effect of revised Shenzhe Zhenqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during remission,and to analyze the results of the study,to provide a good treatment for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease syndrome that kidney failed to promote-respiration.Methods Sixty-three patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who had stable renal deficiency syndrome enrolled were divide into treatment group and control group randomly.And there were 32 patients in the treatment group and 31 patients in the control group.The patients in control group were treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhaler and tiotropium bromide aerosol inhalation;and the patients in the treatment group were given revised Shenzhe Zhenqi Decoction besides the basis treatment mentioned above in control group.All the treatments were given twice everyday,4 consecutive weeks of treatment made up 1 therapeutic course the follow-up was made 2 weeks after treatment.The patient’s clinical symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome score,and CAT scores were compared before and after treatment,and lung function was also detected to assess its clinical efficacy.Result 1.The patient in treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the total score of symptoms and signs(P<0.05)2.the CAT scores(P<0.05)were obviously reduced in both groups after treatment and is much more reduced in treatment gruop than in control group(P<0.05).3.the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.09%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 61.29%,so The former is obviously better than the latter.4.There were no difference on lung function such as FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rrevised Shenzhe Zhenqi decoctioncan improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and stable kidney deficiency syndrome,and improve their life quality. |
