| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xifeng Zhijing combined with Orthopedic Tuina Approach in the treatment of Tourette Syndrome(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity),to find a treatment with high efficiency,safety and no adverse reaction,and to provide objective basis for the clinical effect of this method.Methods:Using the method of randomized controlled trial design,68 children with Tourette Syndrome(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity)were randomly divided into treatment group(n=34)and control group(n=34).In the course of the study,2 children were treated according to the elimination and shedding cases(2 cases in the control group were not treated according to the course of treatment,2 cases did not participate in the data statistics).Finally,there were 34 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Xifeng Zhijing combined with Orthopedic Tuina Approach,while the control group was treated with routine Tuina.The patients in both groups were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment for a total of 8 courses,and then the clinical efficacy was evaluated and compared,including the Yale comprehensive tic severity score,the improvement of TCM syndrome score and the total curative effect,and followed up for 1 month.observe the recurrence rate.Results:(1)After the treatment course,the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.12%and the total effective rate in the control group was 75%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(p<0.05),indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was excellent.In the control group.(2)The comparison of the Yale Syndrome Severity Severity Scale(YGTSS)score and TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve pediatric multipleness Clinical symptoms in patients with tic disorder.(3)After the two groups were treated,the differences between the treatment group and the control group in the Yale Comprehensive Tick Severity Scale(YGTSS)score and TCM syndrome score were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of Xifeng Zhijing combined with Orthopedic Tuina Approach is better than that of conventional Tuina in the treatment of children with Tourette syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,and it has statistical significance in improving YGTSS score and TCM syndrome score.Wind-extinguishing and spasm-relieving chiropractic massage is effective,green and safe,so it is worthy of clinical application. |
