Objective:To determine if inflammatory markers in blood for patients was associated with the prognostic significance in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH).Methods:A total of 353 patients suffering from aSAH met the inclusion criteria in neurosurgery from January 2014 to October 2019 were collected. The inflammatory markers in the blood samples of the patients at the first admission were counted, and the three-month mortality rate and the modified Rankin scale(mRS)were used to evaluate the prognosis of the patients.ROC curve and logistic regression were used to analyze the correlation between the inflammatory markers and the prognosis of the patients, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the interaction between the inflammatory markers and the influencing factors.Result:Logistic regression analysis showed that high white blood cell(WBC>13.65*109/L,95%CI:1.3-9.2,P=0.011),high neutrophil(NC>12.41*109/L,95%CI:1.1-6.9,P=0.037),high neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR>18.31,95%CI:2.8-24.0,P<0.001),high systemic immune inflammation index(SII>2355.47,95%CI:1.3-8.0,P=0.009)and high C-reactive protein(CRP>6.12mg/L,95%CI:2.1-15.8,P=0.001)were correlated with three-month mortality; And high WBC(WBC>13.32*109/L,95%CI:0.13-0.46,P<0.001),high NC(NC>11.46*109/L,95%CI:0.16-0.54,P<0.001),high NLR(NLR>1 8.31,95%CI:0.22-0.76,P=0.005)and high SII(SII>2293.47,95%CI:0.30-0.94,P=0.028)were correlated with three-month functional recovery.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that admission WFNS(World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies)grade, first admission blood glucose(GLU),albumin(ALB)were positively correlated with WBC,NC,NLR and SII,while WFNSgrade was positively correlated with CRP.Conclusion:WBC,NC,NLR,SII and CRP are inflammatory markers that independently affect the prognosis of aSAH patients.Elevated WBC,NC,NLR and SII are correlated with prognosis, and the higher the counts, the more they indicate a poor prognosis.High NLR,SII and CRP are three inflammatory markers that can predict the mortality of aSAH patients.High WBC and NC are two inflammatory markers that can predict the recovery of poor function in aSAH patients. |
