| Objective: By observing Chaihushaoyao Tang addition and subtraction combined with methimazole treatment of Patients with Graves hy Perthyroidism(syndrome of exuberant fire of the heart and liver),compared with simple methimazole treatment of Graves hyperthyroidism patients were observed differences in efficacy between the two groups,to explore the clinical significance of treating Graves disease based on the theory of phase fire dislocated..Methods: Sixty-three patients with Graves Hyperthyroidism(syndrome of exuberant fire of the heart and liver)met the inclusion criteria who were selected and randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(32 cases). The control group, depending on the severity, given appropriate amount methimazole as the initial dose, can be 3 times / day.On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with Chaihushaoyao Tang addition and subtraction,150 ML / day,3 times / day,3 times / day. When the clinical symptoms were significantly improved, the level of thyroid hormone gradually reduced gradually after surgery, about every 2 to 4 weeks to reduce the drug, each reduction of 5 ~ 10 mg,until the minimum maintenance dose of about 5 ~ 10 mg / d.Two groups of patients were 4 weeks for a course of treatment, taking 3 courses. Before and after treatment, the symptoms and signs of TCM,TCM syndrome scores, relevant laboratory parameters(including blood routine, liver and kidney function, stool and urine routinee,ECG)and thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4,)were observed before and after treatment. And record the adverse reactions in the course of treatment. The data using SPSS26.0 software for statistical and analysis. Results: 1.Clinical curative effect: After treatment, treatment group of patients with full recovery in 6 cases, accounting for 19.35%;14 cases markedly effective, accounting for 46.15%;effective in 11 cases, accounting for 35.48%;invalid patients in 0 case. The control group of patients with clinical control in 3 cases, accounting for 9.38%;markedly effective in 10 cases, accounting for 31.25%;effective in 19 cases, accounting for 59.38%;invalid patients in 1 case, accounting for 3.13%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Thyroid function: On the end of treatment,TSH in treatment group and control group was significantly higher than before,FT4 and FT3 were significantly lower than before, there were significant differences(P<0.01).At different times of thyroid function between the two groups: After 4 weeks of treatment, there was significantly different in TSH(P<0.05).After 8、12 weeks of treatment,FT3 value was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Integral of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine :After treatment and before treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes and signs decreased in both groups, and there was significant difference(P < 0.01).The scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment were significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the symptoms of Palpitation, restlessness, thirst, tiredness, fatigue and insomnia were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Safety analysis: During the course of treatment,2 cases in the treatment group fell off due to poor compliance, and the rest of the patients had no adverse reaction, while 1 case in the control group had skin rash. There were no abnormal changes in blood, urine, stool routine and ECG in more than patients.Research conclusions: 1.Chaihushaoyao decoction combined with methimazole can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Graves disease, which is more obvious than that of the control group.2.Both the treatment group and the control group can promote the thyroid function recovery of patients with Graves hyperthyroidism.Compared with the control group,Chaihushaoyao decoction combined with methimazole had a faster recovery rate.3.The Treatment Group and the Control Group can effectively alleviate the syndrome of Graves disease, compared with the use of methimazole alone,Chaihushaoyao decoction for the improvement of Palpitation, dysphoria, thirst, tiredness and less sleep has more advantages.4.The treatment of Graves disease from the angle of " guiding fire to origin " enriches the theory and experience of TCM treatment of Graves disease and provides a new idea for TCM treatment of Graves disease. |
