Observation On The Effect Of Self-Made Gubi Decoction On Knee Osteoarthritis(Cold-Dampness Syndrome) After Knee Arthroscopy

Objective:Through the early arthroscopic debridement of knee osteoarthritis(cold and damp arthritis type),the self-made Gubi Decoction was used for treatment,and the oral glucosamine sulfate capsules after the early knee arthroscopy debridement(National Medicine Zhunzi 20041316 Zhejiang Hai Zheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)conducted clinical efficacy comparisons,observed the observation indicators before and after the two treatment plans,and assessed the therapeutic effects of self-made Gubi Decoction through systematic statistical analysis.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the formulation of guidelines for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,76 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Orthopedics Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019.1-2020.12 were selected.The admission order was odd and even.Numbers were randomly divided into groups,76 patients were divided into a control group,two treatment groups,36 cases in each group.Both groups were given the basic treatment of arthroscopic debridement,smoking ban,restricted alcohol,light diet,preventing strenuous exercise or sudden cold,no weight-bearing exercise in bed on the second day after surgery,and getting out of bed for 3 days after surgery.The treatment group started to take self-made Gubi Decoction on the second day after operation.One dose per day,decoction in water,200ml of juice for each dose,30 minutes after breakfast and dinner,respectively,for 2 weeks.The control group was orally taken glucosamine sulfate capsules(Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.20041316)2 capsules/time,3 times/d,for 2 weeks on the second day after operation.Two weeks later,the degree of knee joint swelling was evaluated.The WOMAC osteoarthritis index and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score were used to record the clinical effective rate of the two groups of patients 2 weeks after the end of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The clinical effective rate is referred to " Criteria for Diagnosis and Curative Effect of TCM Diseases and Syndromes.Results:The data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS22.0:the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.84%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 65.79%.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups had statistical differences in the degree of joint swelling,VAS score,WOMAC score,and joint flexion and extension ratings before and after treatment(P<0.05),because the criteria for the nano group were stricter when screening cases Therefore,the compliance of the two groups of patients is good,and there are no cases of falling out.Therefore,the collected cases in this experiment are relatively complete,and the data analysis and control effect are meaningful.Conclusion:The self-made Gubi Decoction is more reliable in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(cold-damp-resistance type)patients after early arthroscopic debridement.It has a good effect on improving knee joint pain,swelling and other symptoms.It has a good effect on joint stiffness and joint stiffness.The joint range of motion has also improved to a certain extent.
