Study On Tongue Features Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients With Spleen Deficiency And Damp Resistance

Objective To study the tongue characteristics of patients with rheumatoid arthritis due to spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,and analyze its relationship with related factors,so as to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis due to spleen deficiency and dampness resistance in the future.Methods A total of 125 patients who met the research standard of rheumatoid arthritis of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type were selected as the subjects of this study.The general information such as gender,age,course of disease,family history and disease activity indexes were recorded.The tongue images of patients were taken by digital camera.The composition ratio of RGB was calculated by computer analysis of RGB value.The thickness and thickness of tongue coating were quantified,and the correlation between erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,rheumatoid factor and the color of patients’coating,the thickness and thickness of tongue coating and the degree of corruption were analyzed.Results1.The tongue color of patients with rheumatoid arthritis of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type was mainly pale tongue,and the tongue shape was mainly fat tongue and tooth mark tongue.The color of coating was mainly white coating,and the coating texture was mainly greasy coating and thick coating.2.The tongue image of RA patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance had significant difference in joint function,P<0.05.The majority of pale tongue patients were grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the majority of pale red tongue patients were grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the majority of red tongue patients were grade Ⅲ,the majority of lowering tongue patients were grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the majority of purple tongue patients were grade Ⅲ,Most of the patients with fissured tongue were grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ,The patients with tooth mark tongue and fat tongue were grade Ⅰand grade Ⅱ.The patients with yellow thick greasy fur were mainly grade Ⅱ.The patients with yellow thin greasy fur were most grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ.The patients with white thick greasy fur were most grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ.The patients with white thin greasy fur were most grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ.3.There were significant differences in tongue manifestation and course of disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type,P<0.05.Among them,Most of the cleft tongue,yellow thick greasy coating,yellow thin greasy coating,white thick greasy coating,purple tongue,descending tongue and red tongue showed late stage.Teeth mark tongue,fat big tongue,white thin greasy moss,pale red tongue,pale tongue in patients with middle,early majority.4.In the RGB values of tongue color of RA patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,the constituent ratio of R value was significantly positively correlated with ESR,CRP and RF(P<0.01).Among the RGB values of lichen color in RA patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,the constituent ratio of R value and G value was significantly positively correlated with ESR,CRP and RF(P<0.01).In RA patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance syndrome,the greasy and thick degree of tongue coating had no statistical significance with ESR,CRP and RF(P>0.05).Conclusion The tongue image of RA with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance has influence on joint function and sublingual collaterals.The tongue color of RA patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance was related to ESR,CRP and RF.The tongue images of patients with rheumatoid arthritis of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type are mainly light white and fat tongue and white thick greasy fur.With the progression of the disease,joint function decreases,and the siltation of sublingual collaterals increases.Long illness leads to joint function decrease,and the cracked tongue increases.The degree of red tongue and yellow fur in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance is related to RA activity.The redr the tongue is,the yellower the fur is,and the brighter the color is,the greater the disease activity is.
