| Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of FuZhengXiaoZheng prescription on blood hypercoagulability in patients with advanced lung cancer by observing the effect of the prescription on blood coagulation indexes,blood routine,platelet aggregation function,TCM syndrome score and Karnofsky score(KPS)in patients with advanced lung cancer with hypercoagulability.This study provides a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hypercoagulant patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:40 cases of advanced lung cancer patients with hypercoagulability were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for clinical observation.They were divided into observation group(FuZhengXiaoZheng prescription combined with basic Western medicine treatment)and control group(simple basic Western medicine treatment)with 20 cases each.The control group received simple basic treatment of western medicine,including chemotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and other symptomatic,nutritional support and other treatments,while the observation group received FuZhengXiaoZheng prescription combined with basic western medicine treatment.The relevant test data for evaluation,including coagulation related indicators(FIB、D-D、Pt、APTT),Blood routine(WBC、PLT、HB),liver and kidney function(ALT、AST、creatinine、urea),platelet activity(ADP),TCM syndrome score and KPS score,were collected before and after the treatment,and were filled in the case report form(CRF)and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results:A total of 40 cases were included in this study,including 1 case of drop-outing,and 39 cases were included in the study,including 20 cases in the observation group and 19 cases in the control group.The results were as follows:1.Coagulation related indicators:after treatment,the FIB、D-D index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the FIB、D-D index of the observation group were significantly lower than those before,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the FIB、D-D index of the control group were significantly higher than those before,with statistical difference(P<0.05)There was no statistical difference in PT、APTT of both groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.Platelet index:after treatment,PLT index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);PLT index of the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,but still in the normal range,with statistical difference(P<0.05);PLT of the control group was slightly increased,without statistical difference(P>0.05).3.Platelet aggregation test:after treatment,ADP level of the observation group was slightly lower than control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05);the ADP level of the observation group decreased slightly after treatment,with no statistical difference(P>0.05);the ADP level of the control group increased slightly after treatment,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).4.KPS score:After treatment,KPS score of observation group was significantly higher than control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the KPS score of the control group had no statistical difference(P>0.05).5.TCM syndrome score:after treatment,TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the total TCM syndrome score,and the score of other syndromes like dark complexion,hypoglossal ecchymosis,numbness of limbs,mental depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndrome and the scores of of other syndromes like somnolence,hypoglossal ecchymosis,numbness of limb in the observation group were lower than before,with statistical difference(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in the total scores of TCM syndromes in the control group(P>0.05).6.Safety analysis:after treatment,there was no statistical difference in safety indicators,such as white blood cells,hemoglobin,aspartic acid transaminase(ALT),alanine glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(AST),creatinine and urea between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:FuZhengXiaoZheng prescription has good curative effect on advanced lung cancer patients with hypercoagulability,which can effectively improve the symptoms of blood stasis syndrome,and has certain clinical value in improving the quality of life of patients with high safety. |
