| Objective:1.To describe the current situation of Acute Stress Disorder(ASD)in patients with soft tissue defects of limbs.2.To explore the influencing factors of acute stress disorder in patients with soft tissue defect of limbs. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study.Take the convenience sampling method, the selection in December 2019 to January 2021 in Shanghai city one of 3 armour hospital,192 cases of patients with soft tissue defect of limbs, will be included in the standard as the research object,USES the Stanford acute stress reaction questionnaire, hospital anxiety depression scale, mental resilience scale, social support scale, pain intensity digital scoring method questionnaire.SPSS23.0 was used for data processing and statistical analysis, including descriptive analysis, independent sample t test,non-parametric test,chi-square test and logistic regression analysis.According to the score of Stanford Acute Stress Disorder Scale, the incidence of ASD in patients with soft tissue defect of extremities was determined, and the influencing factors of ASD were discussed.Results:1.A total of 216 questionnaires were sent out and 216 were collected with a recovery rate of 100%.Among the collected questionnaires,192 were valid with an effective recovery rate of 88.9%.2.The present study showed that among the 192 cases of soft tissue defect of limbs,51 patients developed acute stress disorder, and the total incidence of acute stress disorder was 26.6%,including 27 males(52.9%)and 24 females(47.1%).3.The incidence of four core symptoms of ASD in patients with soft tissue defects of limbs was as follows:among 192 subjects,142(74%)had high alertness symptoms;127 patients(66.1%)reexperienced symptoms;Sixty patients(31.3%)were isolated with symptoms;Avoidance symptoms were observed in 55 patients(28.6%),among which high alertness and reexperience were the most prominent symptoms.4.With ASD as outcome variables, single factor analysis results showed that gender, personality, marriage, occupation, other physical discomfort, injury degree of fear, coping styles,post-traumatic cognitive, the degree of separation, disturb, disturbing symptoms days, degree of pain, anxiety, depression, mental flexibility, statistically significant difference between the social support groups(P<0.05).5.ASD as dependent variable, gender, personality, other separated body discomfort symptoms, symptom scores, coping styles,post-traumatic cognitive, anxiety, depression, mental flexibility, social support for the independent variable,to multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that gender(OR=15.692,P=0.008),and other body discomfort symptoms(OR=22.957,P=0.009),post-traumatic cognitive(OR=0.093,P=0.027),separation(OR=2.431,P<0.001)and depression(OR=69.760,P<0.001)was an influential factor in the development of ASD in patients with soft tissue defects of limbs.Conclusion:1.Patients with soft tissue defects in the extremities have a higher incidence of acute stress disorder, which is characterized by high alertness and re-experiencing symptoms.2.Limbs of patients with soft tissue defect in the different characteristics of the incidence of acute stress disorder, including gender, body discomfort symptoms,post-traumatic cognitive, separation of symptoms, depression is influencing factors of ASD in patients with soft tissue defect of limbs,so for female, body discomfort symptoms, negative cognition, separation of symptoms, depression, need to focus on. |
