| Objective:To investigate the optimal direction of tibial vertical osteotomy and the relationship between tibial vertical osteotomy and mechanical shaft of femur in Oxford unicondylar replacement(UKA).Methods : A total of 14 cases(aged 30-75 years)from the third department of osteology of Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital were collected and performed full-length thin-slice CT scan of lower limbs,CD was burned and imported into MINICS,3D-MATIC,and GEOMAGIC Solidwork software for CT data processing.Vertical tibial osteotomy in UKA was simulated in the software.SAP line was synthesized through the model, and external rotation(-)2°.4°.6° and internal rotation(+)2°.4°6° were simulated using SAP line as the standard. The Angle between the lateral margin of the prosthesis and the anatomical axis of the femur was measured.Seven groups with 14 data in each group were collected for statistical analysis.Stata and SPSS were used for analysis. Results :through independent sample T test p between groups in 0.05,or less differences statistically significant,The mean and standard deviation of each group were obtained. The Angle of each group was expressed as mean ± standard deviation,-6 ° group:0.64±3.29;-4 ° group: 2.10±2.91;-2 ° group: 3.79±2.77;0° group: 5.24±3.14;6.95 + /-3.34 2 ° group;4° group: 8.86±3.28;6 ° groups: 10.62 + /-3.25.scatter plot of the data, the overall trend into a rising straight line, calculated when the straight intersect with the x axis value is 6.15 °Conclusion: false spin 6.15 ° in vitro prosthesis when the lateral edge and the anatomy of the axle load, shows that when the tibia bone cutting direction vertical to the s AP line average out 6.15 °,bone cutting direction pointing to the center of the femoral head... |
