Objective:The amount of the tibial plateau osteotomy in total knee arthroplasty(TKA) affect the success of the surgery, this paper introduces with the aid of computer software TraumaCad 2.0, measuring the amount of the lateral tibial plateau osteotomy in total knee arthroplasty. Explore the feasibility of computer-aided surgery.Methods:We collected and selected the lower total length X-ray images of patients in our hospital from 2014.7-2014.12,who need total knee arthroplasty, a total of 31 cases, artificial preoperative measurement according to conventional methods, while the images imported to a computer and software for computer-aided measurement collect data, and compare the results with the surgery.Results:Intraoperative data and computer experiments paired samples T,P= 0.064(α=0.05), computer mapping and intraoperative tibial osteotomy amount of paired samples T-test was no significant difference, but artificial measuring the amount of intraoperative osteotomy compared with paired samples T-test P=0.000<0.005, statistically significant.Intraoperative data of higher polyethylene gasket thickness is the same with transformed computer mapping data.Conclusion:Computer-aided total knee arthroplasty tibia osteotomy measurement has an advantage.And there is a possible to forecast the thickness of high polyethylene gasket.
