Abstract/Summary:
Objective: As the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world, the health problems of the elderly in my country at this stage have gradually emerged with the intensification of social aging. At the same time, under the predicament of restricted economic development,a large number of young and middle-aged people have poured into cities from underdeveloped poor rural areas,,resulting in an aging population structure. How to properly solve the health problems of the elderly and improve the health literacy of the elderly under the huge number of the elderly population is a major research topic of the state and society.Using the network governance theory as an analysis tool, analyze the problems existing in the rural health education work network, and collect the current status of the local elderly in chronic diseases, nutritional diet, exercise, mental health, and their health responsibility awareness.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward, thereby providing a reference basis for improving the quality of work for actual health education for the elderly.Methods:(1)Literature research method: by reviewed and researched the literature that has been published and can be retrieved, the research direction and research content of health education for the elderly at home and abroad are sorted out.By studying the "Health China 2030 Planning Outline" issued by the State Council,"Guiding Opinions on Establishing and Improving the Health Service System for the Elderly" and other documents, the main contents of health education for the elderly clearly put forward are sorted out and summarized, and the health education for the elderly is summarized.Focus on nutritional diet, scientific exercise, mental health, disease prevention, etc.,and designed questionnaires and interview outlines based on it.(2)Questionnaire survey method: select rural areas in Guangxi as the research location for this research, and conduct in-depth research on the local health education for the elderly in the form of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews.Collect the questionnaires on the health status of the elderly in the target villages and the health education and health promotion work status questionnaires of the staff in the villages, and carry out statistical analysis on the data. The questionnaires were finally returned: a total of 327 valid questionnaires for the elderly, and a total of 48 valid questionnaires for the staff.Use SPSS17.0 as a tool to carry out descriptive analysis and chi-square test on the questionnaire.(3)The semi-structured interviews was used to interview the local first secretary, village doctors, and village committee staff, and the content of the interviews was refined and summarized, and the interview content was combined with the questionnaire data to analyzed the results.Discover the difficulties that exist in the process of local health education for the elderly, and analyzed the reasons for the difficulties in the framework of network governance theory. Results: The survey results show that there are four main difficulties in the current health education work for the elderly in the local area: firstly, the form of health education is single and lacks diversity;secondly, the content of health education does not match the requirements of the local elderly.Thirdly, the local health education was relatively inadequate;finally, the elderly’s acceptance of health education was relatively low. From the perspective of networked governance theory, starting from the framework of network design, main body connection, power and responsibility framework, and building governance capacity, the author analyzed the reasons for the existing dilemmas, and concludes that the dilemmas are due to four reasons: first,The design of the health education service network for the elderly is flawed, which shows that the main status of the elderly individuals and family members in the health education network is not clear, and there is a lack of complete partnerships;second, there is a lack of effective coordination and cooperation between the subjects The imperfect construction of the mechanism and governance network information exchange platform has led to the poor connection of the main body of the health education service network;third, the design of the supervision and management system for health education for the elderly is unreasonable;fourth, the governance capacity of the health education service network may still needs to be improved. Conclusion: In order to solve the problems existing in health education for the elderly from the perspective of network governance, the governance network must be comprehensively improved from the following four aspects: First, internally, the role of individuals should be emphasized as the first person responsible for health, and the elderly should be improved.Health awareness of people and their family members, and at the same time accurately identify potential collaborators externally, establish a comprehensive partnership;secondly, establish an effective coordination and cooperation mechanism between the subjects by integrating available resources, build and improve health education for the Data sharing platform to improve the connection between the main body of the health education service network.Third, adopt a scientific and reasonable supervision and management system for health education for the elderly, improve relevant laws and regulations, implement a strict supervision and feedback mechanism for health education services, and further optimize the incentive mechanism for health education. Finally, improve the professional quality of practitioners, cultivate talents in professional fields, strengthen the endogenous motivation of the grassroots government to improve the governance network, and improve the comprehensive governance capabilities of the health education network.Through the above countermeasures and suggestions in order to achieve success in improving the health of the elderly in rural areas.
