| Objective :The clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Ha Ri Abu Ri-16 in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Ao Xigen A Ri Ha Ga Ba Da Gan Sheng type)was observed and the mechanism at the molecular biology level was explored.Methods:A total of 30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Aoshigen Arihagabarda Gansheng type)who met the inclusion criteria were collected from December 2020 to December 2021 in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Mongolian Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University.They were treated as the research objects.The treatment plan was as follows :Arihagabarda-16,3g in the morning and Arihagabarda-6,3g in the evening.After one week of treatment,the clinical efficacy evaluation,CAT(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment questionnaire)and mMRC(dyspnea index)were evaluated before and after treatment,and the transcriptome sequencing and serum proteomics were detected before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of the total curative effect scores after treatment with Mongolian medicine Ha Ri Abu Ri-16 : the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of symptom scores of Mongolian medicine after treatment with Mongolian medicine Harri Aburi-16 : 1 Comparison of total symptom scores(the difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05);2 Comparison of single symptom scores showed improvement in cough,expectoration,chest tightness,tinnitus,sleep,lip cyanosis,abdominal distension and other symptoms(the difference was statistically significant,P <0.05).3.Comparison of CAT and mMRC scores after treatment with Mongolian medicine Hari-abri-16 : they were all improved compared with those before treatment(the difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05).4.Pathologic exploration of Mongolian medicine Harriabri-16 in the treatment of.chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.1 A total of 81 differential proteins were identified by proteomics,of which 33 were up-regulated and 48 were down-regulated.GO functional enrichment analysis showed that differential proteins were involved in 14 biological processes,4 molecular functions and 2 cell composition.Differential proteins were analyzed by KEGG Pa Th Way database,and then combined with Carbohydrate metabolism carbohydrates,energy metabolism energy metabolism,Glycan metabolism and glycosynthesis and metabolism,and lipid metabolism lipid metabolism.Metabolism of cofactors and vitamins cofactors and vitamins metabolism,Folding,sorting and degradation folding,classification and degradation,Translation transcription,Signal transduction information transduction,Signaling molecules and interaction signaling molecules and interactions.Cell growth and death cell growth and death,Cell moti Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Hari Abu Ri-16 can improve the symptoms of cough,expectoration,chest tightness,tinnitus,sleep,lip cyanosis,and abdominal distension in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The mechanism of action of Mongolian medicine Hariabri-16 in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may be related to the signaling pathway involving differential proteins and differential genes.The data of differential proteins and differential genes in this experiment provided a theoretical basis for the study of the mechanism of action of Mongolian medicine Ha Ri Ab Ri-16 in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The differential proteins and differential genes identified by this experiment need to be further verified. |
