| The global outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic at the end of 2019 has once again brought the issue of public health prevention and control into the public eye.The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on China’s economy and society,and at the same time has put forward new requirements for the development of China’s medical and health work.At present,the spread of the epidemic in China has been basically blocked,but the problems of the import of overseas mutations of the new coronavirus and the large-scale rebound in China still exist.As a border region in China,Inner Mongolia has a wide regional area,relatively lagging economic development,and a low level of medical and health services.Based on China’s "Healthy China" strategic development goals,Inner Mongolia closely follows the pace of national medical and health service development and construction in the new era.In December 2020,the "Healthy Inner Mongolia 2030" plan was released,mentioning that it is necessary to carry out strategic planning based on ensuring the quality of health services and ensuring the health and safety of residents,and strive to build a scientific and perfect medical and health quality management system.In recent years,Inner Mongolia has continuously made up for the shortcomings of medical and health care and solved the problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment".In the post-epidemic period,the optimal allocation of medical and health resources is still an important issue facing Inner Mongolia,and it is also a key issue involving high-quality regional economic development and social stability and security.Based on the national health development plan and the inner Mongolia health strategy in the new era,this paper takes Inner Mongolia as the specific research object,sorts out the current situation of health development in Inner Mongolia,investigates and collects relevant data,evaluates the efficiency of medical and health resource allocation in Inner Mongolia based on The Leap2.1 software,and obtains the slack variable of input-output index.Based on the results of quantitative analysis,an in-depth analysis of the allocation of medical and health resources in Inner Mongolia is carried out,and countermeasures and suggestions such as adjusting the structure to improve scale efficiency,attach importance to helping the development of grass-roots health undertakings,improving the quality of regional medical talents,and scientifically formulating and strictly implementing regional health planning are proposed in response to the problems of improper allocation of medical and health resources,imperfect primary medical and health services,low professional and technical ability of health personnel,and imperfect medical and health policy system,so as to optimize the allocation of medical and health resources in Inner Mongolia. |
