| The Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults in my country 2016 pointed out that the prevalence of hyperlipidemia in the Chinese population has increased significantly in recent years, and the increase in serum cholesterol levels will lead to an increase of about 9.2 million cardiovascular events in my country from 2010 to 2030,of which Elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)can significantly increase the risk of morbidity and mortality from atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD).Therefore, effective prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia is an important research direction at present.Zhang Dong Starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia and years of clinical practice, the professor summed up the effective prescription for the treatment of hyperlipidemia-Sini Decoction with warming the spleen and kidney as a foothold. In this study, the widely used western medicine atorvastatin calcium tablet was used as a control to observe the clinical efficacy of modified Sini decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency.TCM characteristic treatment plan for hyperlipidemia. Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of modified Sini Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency, and to provide reference for the treatment of dyslipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency type hyperlipidemia who were treated in the outpatient department of cardiovascular department of Xiyuan Hospital,Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from April 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 72 cases were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group.and the control group. The experimental group was treated with modified Sini decoction, and the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets for 8 weeks. The changes of TCM symptom scores, blood lipid levels, atherosclerosis index and risk stratification rate of the subjects before and after treatment were observed. The obtained data were summarized and checked for statistical analysis using SPSS26.0.Result:According to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion requirements of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,12 cases dropped out during the treatment period, and 60 patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency type hyperlipidemia who met the research protocol were finally enrolled, including 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease,BMI,blood lipid level, and TCM syndrome score(P>0.05),which were comparable.①Comparison of blood lipid indexes:The levels of serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),and triglyceride(TG)in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels in the two groups had little effect before and after treatment;after the comparison between the two groups, the two groups of patients had similar curative effects in improving the levels of LDL-C,TC,TG,and HDL-C(P<0.05);the levels of LDL-C,TC and TG in the two groups were increased, and the difference was statistically significant within the group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).,indicating that the experimental group and the control group can effectively regulate the blood lipid levels of patients with elevated TC,LDL-C,and TG levels.②Comparison of lipid-lowering efficacy of western medicine:the total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 96.67%.P0.05).③Comparison of TCM symptom scores:After treatment, the TCM clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients, such as chills and cold limbs, dizziness, fatigue, loose stools, edema of the face and limbs, lack of appetite, and abdominal distention were effectively improved.Statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving fatigue, loose stools and overall symptoms, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Limb edema, lack of food intake, and abdominal distension had similar curative effects, and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).④Comparison of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes:the total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 63.33%.⑤Comparison of atherosclerosis index(AI):the AI index of the experimental group and the control group were both decreased after treatment, and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).05),indicating that the two groups of drugs have the effect of improving atherosclerosis, and the efficacy is equivalent.⑥Comparison of the change rate of risk stratification:the effective rate of patients in the test group from intermediate risk to low risk was 77.78%,and the effective rate of patients in the control group from intermediate risk to low risk was 61.11%.Both drugs can reduce the risk of blood lipids in patients Stratification, the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.⑦Safety evaluation:There were no obvious abnormal changes in blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function,CK and electrocardiogram examinations before and after treatment in the two groups, and no discomfort symptoms related to the study drug were reported during the medication. Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the existing data,it is found that the modified Sini Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of LDL-C,TC,TG,AI index and blood lipid risk stratification, and can better improve the TCM clinical treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Symptoms and no adverse reactions during treatment are worthy of further research and exploration. |
