Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support To Explore The Prescription Rule Of Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Complicated With Hyperlipidemia

Objectives:To retrieve the literature of contemporary doctors using traditional Chinese medicine to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia,and to build a database with the help of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5),to analyze and summarize the medication rules of contemporary doctors in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia,and to explore potential new prescriptions,so as to provide medication ideas and theoretical reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods: The literature on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia by traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022.According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,the relevant data such as prescription in the literature were extracted.The data analysis software was used to analyze the frequency,function,taste,meridian tropism and core drug combination of the drugs,and to explore the new prescription for the treatment of the disease.Results:1.A total of 247 literatures meeting the criteria were screened,including 258 prescriptions,involving 185 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.There were 20 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of ≥ 40 times.The top ten Chinese medicines with a frequency of medication were : Salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus membranaceus,Hawthorn,Atractylodes macrocephala,Alisma orientalis,Poria cocos,Pueraria lobata,Rehmannia glutinosa,Yam,Chuanxiong;the efficacy categories of highfrequency drugs(frequency of medication ≥ 5 times)used in the top ten were as follows : promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(9.51 %);buqi Jianpi(17.96 %);expelling dampness(13.70 %);shengjinzhike(11.75 %);clearing heat(10.35 %);digestion(6.29 %);tonifying liver and kidney(5.85 %);phlegm(3.86 %);liqi(3.35 %);tonifying blood(2.55 %).2.In the literature prescription for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia,the four qi accounts for such as : warm 36.13 %,cold 33.82 %,flat21.16 %,cool 8.06 %,hot 0.83 %;the five flavors are as follows : sweet 38.84 %,bitter32.15 %,pungent 17.09 %,sour 8.10 %,salty 3.82 %;the top five meridians were ranked in descending order as follows : spleen meridian(1379 times),liver meridian(1294times),stomach meridian(1000 times),lung meridian(864 times)and heart meridian(782 times).3.Association rule analysis : The support degree was set to 25 %,and the confidence level was 0.6.The top three high-frequency drug combinations were : ’ Pueraria,Astragalus,’ ’ Rehmannia,Salvia,’ ’ Salvia,Astragalus ’;the top three combinations of confidence were : ’ Pueraria → Astragalus ’,’ Rehmannia → Salvia ’,’ Astragalus → Salvia ’.4.Entropy cluster analysis : the correlation degree was set to 7,the penalty degree was2,and 38 core drug pairs with correlation coefficient > 0.014 were obtained.24 potential core drug combinations;12 potential new prescriptions.Conclusion:1.At present,traditional Chinese medicine is good at treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia with sweet,warm,spleen,liver and stomach meridian drugs,and the treatment is mainly based on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,invigorating spleen and removing dampness,benefiting qi and nourishing yin.2.The treatment methods of the nine new prescriptions are different from those of traditional Chinese medicine.The new prescriptions emphasize the pathogenic characteristics of ’ blood stasis ’ and ’ yin deficiency ’,and emphasize that the location of the disease is mainly in the ’ liver ’.Therefore,it is advocated to choose drugs that belong to the ’ liver meridian ’ and have the functions of ’ promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing yin and promoting fluid,tonifying liver and kidney ’;and pay attention to the use of insect drugs.The new prescription provides a new choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine,which can be appropriately referenced,and its efficacy needs to be further verified by clinical practice.
