The strategy of healthy China was put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.To implement this strategy,we should constantly strengthen and improve the grass-roots medical and health service system and the construction of general practitioners.Rural doctors are the "gatekeepers" of the grass-roots medical and health service system,playing a role that can not be ignored.With the rapid development of the current economic development,people’s material living standards have also been greatly improved.Scientific and effective management of the salary of rural doctors is an important measure to stabilize the existing medical team of rural doctors and timely replenish the rural medical team.It is also conducive to improving the satisfaction of rural doctors with their work,stimulating their work enthusiasm and reducing the dissatisfaction of the masses with rural doctors,Improve the technical capacity and level of grass-roots medical and health care,and promote the implementation of regional new medical reform policies and healthy China strategy.Through questionnaires and interviews with rural doctors and their managers,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the salary management of rural doctors in this area,and understands the opinions and suggestions of rural doctors on the current salary management of rural doctors in this area.Combined with fairness theory,two factor theory and efficiency wage theory,this paper effectively analyzes the results of the survey and interview.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the current salary management of rural doctors in X county,such as the insufficient embodiment of the fairness principle and incentive principle of salary design,the single way of salary payment,the untimely payment time,the low salary level,the slow growth rate,the high proportion of floating salary in the salary structure,the insufficient social insurance guarantee and so on,discusses the deep-seated reasons,and puts forward that by accurately grasping the positioning of rural doctors Broaden the channels of economic support for rural doctors,establish a mixed salary payment method,improve the professional level of rural doctors’ salary management team,strengthen the supervision of rural doctors’ salary payment,accelerate the recruitment of rural doctors,improve the social security system of rural doctors and other measures to solve the existing problems in the salary management of rural doctors in X county,and continuously improve the professional identity,sense of responsibility and sense of mission of rural doctors,Provide more rural population with efficient and convenient ways of diagnosis and treatment,more effectively promote the development of China’s grass-roots medical and health undertakings,and contribute to the implementation of the healthy China strategy.
