Cl Inical Study Of Jianpi Bushen Granu Le Combined With Vest Ibular Rehabi L Itat Ion In The Treatment Of Presbyvesibulopathy(Spleen-Kidney Deficiency Type)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen granule combined with vestibular rehabilitation in the treatment of presbyvestibulopathy(spleen-kidney deficiency type)and vestibular function examination is used as one of the efficacy evaluation indexes.We give full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment,and explore the mechanism of Jianpi Bushen granule in great detail,so that it is used in clinic extensively and benefit more patients.Methods: 6 0 patients who met inclusion and exclusion criteria in presbyvestibulopathy(spleen-kidney deficiency type)were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 3 0 cases in each group.The control group was given vitamin B,mecobalamin,betastinemesylate and assisted vestibula rehabilitation training.The experimental group was treated with Jianpi Bushen granule based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 8 days.The two groups were compared in TCM syndrome score,vertigo disorder scale(DHI),the sum of the maximum slow phase angle velocity of each side in warm and cold test and indexes of liver and kidney function.Data analysis was performed by SPSS2 6.0 statistical software.Results: 6 0 subjects were selected totally.There were no shedding cases due to good compliance.There were 3 0 cases in each group.1.Sum of maximum slow phase angle velocity of each side in warm and cold test,DHI score,TCM syndrome score improved observably after treatment compared with prior treatment(P< 0.0 1).Data of sum of maximum slow phase angle velocity of each side in warm and cold test,DHI score,TCM syndrome score in experimental group were better than the control group(P< 0.0 5).2.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome scale was 9 3.3 3 % in the treatment group and 6 6.6 7 % in the control group.The curative effects of vertigo was 8 0.0 0 % in the experimental group and 5 6.6 7 %in control group.Comparison of the overall efficacy of TCM and western medicine : the two groups were effective in the treatment of presbyvestibulopathy(spleen-kidney deficiency),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P< 0.0 5).3.In terms of safety indicators and adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before.Conclusion : Jianpi Bushen granule combined with vestibular rehabilitation therapy is helpful to reduce the DHI score of presbyvestibulopathy(spleen-kidney deficiency),alleviate dizziness symptom,and promote the recovery of vestibular function to a certain degree.At the same time,it has a positive effect on the improvement of TCM syndromes,and no obvious adverse reactions.
