Clinical Observation Of Qingxin Shuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Depression (Heart-Liver Stagnation-heat Syndrome)

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Qingxin Shuyu Decoction in the treatment of depression(Heart-Liver stagnation-heat syndrome),and comprehensively evaluating its effectiveness,safety and impact on the quality of life.And providing theoretical support and objective basis for exploring new methods for the treatment of depression.Methods: In this study,66 patients with mild and moderate depression(Heart-Liver stagnation-heat syndrome)who met the criteria were divided into experimental group and control group according to the "random number table method".The control group was given Sertraline Hydrochloride.And the experimental group was given Qingxin Shuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment of both groups was 6 weeks.Hamilton Depression Scale-24,TCM symptom score scale and the MOS 36-item short form health survey were recorded before and 6 weeks after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded at any time.Finally,SPSS 26.0 statistical software is used to sort out and analyze the data.Results: During the experiment,6 cases fell off due to lack of data and poor compliance,and 30 cases were finally completed in the experimental group and 31 cases in the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was 86.67% in the experimental group and 74.19% in the control group.The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM symptoms was 90.00% in the experimental group and 77.42% in the control group.The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Especially in improving the symptoms of emotional depression,upset and easily frightened,fullness and pain in the chest and flank,bitterness in the mouth and dry throat,irritability,palpitation and yellow urine,the effect of the experimental group is more significant than that of the control group.The experimental group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life in RE,SF,MH,VT and GH(P<0.05).Both groups were relatively safe.However,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Qingxin Shuyu decoction has definite curative effect on improving depressive symptoms and various symptoms of Heart-Liver stagnation-heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,with high safety.
