Clinical Observation On Shuyu Ningshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Combined With Insomnia And Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuyu Ningshen Decoction in treating patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and insomnia with syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,comparing of long-term efficacyand and explore the mechanism of Shuyu Ningshen Decoction in treating chronic heart failure and insomnia with syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,so as to provide reliable clinical basis.Methods:66 patients with CHF and insomnia with syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis who conform to the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and test group using Doll’s randomization table.The control group was treated with anti-heart failure drugs plus sedative hypnotic drug Dezopiclone tablets;The test group added Shuyu Ningshen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment time of both groups was two weeks.The patients’ cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score and curative effect were evaluated two weeks after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).The TCM syndrome score of both groups decreased,and the total effective rate of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cardiac function and LVEF between the two groups of patients before enrollment,and there was no significant difference after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the PSQI scores between the two groups before enrollment.After treatment,the PSQI scores of both groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group had better results than the control group.In this study,there were no obvious adverse reactions,side effects and adverse events in both groups.Conclusion:The results of this study suggest that Shuyu Ningshen Decoction can improve the sleep quality and sleep time of patients with CHF and insomnia with syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis to a certain extent,and its synergistic effect with right zopiclone is better than that with anti-heart failure drugs and right zopiclone alone.In terms of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the experimental group is superior to the control group,has a better long-term efficacy,and has more advantages in improving clinical symptoms and quality of sleep of patients.
