Clinical Study Of Renal Blood Activator For The Treatment Of Hypertension And Ejection Fraction Reserved Heart Failure

Objectives : To investigate the clinical effects of Bushen Huoxue Prescription on primary essential hypertension type of qi deficiency and blood stasis combine heart failure of ejection fraction retention type,with assessing its safety.Methods:A total of 66 patients who suffer from primary essential hypertension type of qi deficiency and blood stasis combine heart failure of ejection fraction retention type were from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.There patients were split into two groups which include control and test groups.For these two groups,one is 33 people and the other is 33 people.Beside,the situation of two groups was random methods.The control group employed Conventional Western Medicine with the measure of non-drug therapy.Then,the test group was supplemented with Bushen Huoxue Prescription and used the method already used by the control group,and the treatment time was 8 weeks.Then,experimenter recorded some index of curative effects that include the accumulate points of traditional Chinese medical syndrome,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome,the curative effect of blood pressure,the curative effect of heart function,the curative effect of heart failure,6MWT,MLHFQ,NT-pro BNP and so on in two groups of patients before and after treatment,and kept an account of adverse reactions in the course of treatment,beside assessing its safety.Results:According to the benchmark of elimination and suspension,60 patients were actually selected.There were 31 patients in control group and 30 patients in test group.1.The accumulate points of traditional Chinese medical syndrome : When two groups were treated,the accumulate points decreased with the differences of between-group and within-group comparisons had statistical significance(P<0.05).The result of the trial group is more effective than the control group was found.2.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome: The total effective of the test group was 80.00%.The total effective that control group treated with western medicine alone was 58.06%.Its differences had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the result of the trial group is more effective than the control group was found.3.The curative effect of blood pressure: The total effective of the test group was 86.67%,and the 70.97%test group was high relative to the control group.Its differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Then,experimenter found the curative effect of the trial group was more nice than the control group.4.The curative effect of heart function: The total effective of the test group was 73.33%.Then experimenter knew the total effective of the control group was 64.52%.Its differences had statistical significance(P0.05).Then,experimenter found the curative effect of the trial group was more nicer than the control group.5.Lee’s score :When two groups were treated,both score decreased and the decline of the accumulate points of the test group was higher than the control group.The total effective of the test group is higher than the other.differences had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the result of the trial group is more effective than the control group was found.6.MLHFQ:When two groups were treated,both score decreased and the decline of the accumulate points of the test group was higher than the control group.Its differences had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Then,experimenter realized the curative effect of the trial group was more nicer than the control group.7.NT-pro BNP : When two groups were treated,experimenter knew both score decreased.Beside,What the decline of the numerical value of the test group was higher than the control group was realized.Its differences had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the result of the trial group is more effective than the control group was found.8.6MWT: When two groups were treated,experimenter knew two experimental distances rose.Beside,what the rising range of the numerical value of the test group was higher than the control group was understood.Its differences had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Then,experimenter realized the curative effect of the trial group was more nicer than the control group.Conclusion : Kidney activating formula combined with conventional Western medicine therapy can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with qi deficiency blood stasis hypertension and HFp EF,reduce the level of TCM syndrome integral and NT-pro BNP,improve the walking distance of six minutes,improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,and have good safety.
