Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Tension-Type Headache Of Kidney-Yang Deficiency With Yougui Decoction Based On The Theory Of Kidney-Jue

Objective:Based on the theory of Shenjue,to observe the clinical efficacy of Yougui Decoction in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache(CTTH)of kidney-yang deficiency type,evaluate its safety and effectiveness,and provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment of CTTH.Methods: 70 cases of CTTH patients with kidney-yang deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The treatment group,35 cases,was given Yougui Decoction combined with eperisone hydrochloride tablets for treatment;the control group,35 cases,was given eperisone hydrochloride tablet treatment.The scores of headache index,TCM syndrome score scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)of the two groups of patients were collected before and after treatment to evaluate the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency with Yougui Decoction.Clinical efficacy of chronic tension-type headache.Results: 7 cases dropped out during the treatment,and finally 33 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.There is no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which is comparable.1.Headache index score:(1)Intra-group comparison: The factors and total scores of headache index in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);(2)Between groups: the total score of headache index and the number of headaches in the treatment group Compared with the control group,the individual scores of,duration and pain degree were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the individual scores of headache accompanying symptoms compared with the control group(P>0.05).Group 76.7%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: The TCM syndrome scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);(2)Inter-group comparison: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(3)The efficacy of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.Emotional state score:(1)Intra-group comparison: The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);(2)Inter-group comparison: After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was no significant decrease in the group(P>0.05).4.Safety results: During the study,1 patient in the treatment group had symptoms of dry mouth,1 patient had symptoms of irritability;1 patient in the control group had symptoms of dry mouth.No special treatment was given,and the symptoms gradually improved.Conclusion: Modified Yougui Decoction combined with Eperisone Hydrochloride Tablets has better curative effect in improving the frequency,time,degree and symptoms of kidney-yang deficiency in patients,which is obviously better than that of Eperisone Hydrochloride Tablets alone.Yougui Decoction can help improve the clinical symptoms of CTTH patients,and its clinical application is relatively safe,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
