Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Bronchopneumonia(wind-cold Closed Lung Type)with Sun Zhongsan School’s Characteristic Technique

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of Sun Zhongsan School’s characteristic technology combined with Chinese and Western medicine and simple Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of wind cold closed lung bronchopneumonia in children,and to evaluate the effectiveness of Sun Zhongsan School’s characteristic technology in the treatment of wind cold closed lung bronchopneumonia in children,so as to provide basis for its clinical application.Methods:60 children with bronchopneumonia(wind-cold closed lung type)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in a one-to-one ratio according to the order of visits,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pingchuan Mixture combined with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Sun Zhongsan School’s characteristic technology on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 7 days.Observe the changes of symptom and sign scores of children in the two groups before and after treatment,compare the differences of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)syndrome efficacy between the two groups,and analyze them with statistical methods.Results: The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 93.33%in the control group,and P <0.05(P =0.032),the difference was statistically significant;In terms of lung signs,nasal congestion and appetite,the difference of symptom score before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of fever,cough,phlegm,asthma,cold aversion and mental status,there was no significant difference in symptom score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Sun Zhongsan School’s characteristic technique can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of children with bronchial pneumonia,and it is more effective than the application of Pingchuan mixture combined with conventional western medicine in improving children’s nasal congestion,pulmonary signs and appetite.
